I actually got the cold from Lise but all the throwing up I don't know where came from. XD
Me and Lise are very used to getting each other sick if one of us gets something.![]()
also i didnt thriw up.
I am not sure, myself.Where have you been?!

This doesn't sound good...I am not sure, myself.![]()

Not that much. This doesn't sound good...
What has been going on?
Though I have been taking driving lessons.

Yup.They are in your sig?
How are the lessons going?

It's manual. Yeah, here you don't even need to learn manual to pass. To they have to teach you ice driving and everything too?Yup.
I'm finished with the obligatory lessons, but I want to practice a lot more before I take the driving test since it's stick shift(?).
I passed the written test though.![]()
Here we have a test for manual and one for automatic but if you take the automatic one you're not allowed to drive cars with manual so yeah. It's manual. Yeah, here you don't even need to learn manual to pass. To they have to teach you ice driving and everything too?

)Similar to here too. If you take automatic driving lessons, you can't drive a "manual transmission vehicle unless as a learner driver with supervising passenger." We get 2-3 manoeuvre tests( reverse parrallel parking, Turn in the road, bay parking, straight reverse, reverse round a corner) and may also be tested on emergency braking. Here we have a test for manual and one for automatic but if you take the automatic one you're not allowed to drive cars with manual so yeah.
Yeah, we went to this driving track(?) where they spray this soap like stuff on the pavement. We drove at different speeds and did 'emergency' braking, also steering away from "kids" in the lane and the "cars" on the other side of the road. XD (it was a lot of fun to be honest)
We also have to have a demonstration in driving in the dark in winter time, since it's dark most of the time here in the winter. Plus we have a lot of countryside roads (in horrible condition) without any street lights.

We've actually just done straight reverse and reverse round a corner from what you mentioned (I think).Similar to here too.
During lessons, you get taken to drive during rainy periods too but that's about it...that I've done anyways. Obviously we don't get as much snow as you guys do over there
Was there anything you particularly struggled with during your lessons?
It's weird that we haven't done it, but I'll just practice it myself.
I'm also afraid of stalling the car.
It's been a while since I last drove a car, so I'm sure I've forgotten stuff again and transformed into Zoro again.
That's strange to me but it seems many countries have different formats for their lessons and tests. So yeah, you can learn the rest yourself. We've actually just done straight reverse and reverse round a corner from what you mentioned (I think). It's weird that we haven't done it, but I'll just practice it myself.
Haha.. The first times backing up I was as directionally challenged as Zoro.I'm also afraid of stalling the car.

Did you struggle with anything?

I couldn't believe how much I sucked at that. I've not done that in a while, so need to practise that again.
is that you on the road? I'm worried...Ah.. I've put in 5th instead of 3rd a few times, plus quite often feel like I put it in 5th even though I (correctly) put in 3rd. So confusing and weird. That's strange to me but it seems many countries have different formats for their lessons and tests. So yeah, you can learn the rest yourself.
I used to struggle a bit with pushing into 3rd gear because my hand was unintentionally nudge left whenever I was trying to go straight up. It was something that I had to consciously think of whenever changing gears. Also uphill starts....oh my...I had such a problem with that on my mock exam; it was ridiculousI couldn't believe how much I sucked at that. I've not done that in a while, so need to practise that again.
