I take all his feats at face value. His barriers are able to defend against one of Acnologia's blasts, and managed to land some hits in. Obviously Acnologia would stomp if he took Jellal seriously. But nobody here is even close to Acnologia level.

Even if they were close to his level they wouldn’t been able to hurt him anyways
