Hey guys ^_^. Just finished my 2nd coloring. I have to admit it's a lot of fun, but boy is it tough trying to develop my own style. Hope you guys enjoy! =D.

I decided to upload two versions, couldn't make up my mind on the facial shading, so decided to upload both. Although I know the darker shadow would be more accurate (at least I think, trying to figure out different lightning environments). Which do you guys think is right?

Both images are identical except for the facial shadows. I just loved both so I didn't want to choose...lol..Looking forward to your comments. ^_^....Hopefully I'm improving over my first color. Which can be found here.

Man! You did improved... But to make it a master piece... You have to work more one the Highlighting technique... It's the first method to make your style deffirent from others

You may use this technique... It's really hard to master... But gives you wonderful masterpiecese!!

For this one I was trying to go with the whole natural light thing. Considering a very bright day, even if the sun is behind you, your face is still lit up. But I guess I still need to work on it...lol....

This is damn fun though, I really want to start working on some panels, not covers...Panels have some really nice shots which would be a dream to color. So working my way up slowly =P.

Thanks for that Tutorial!...I'll give it a go in the morning, 7:44 am and I still haven't slept, time for a 4-5 hour nap..lol..

If you have any other tutorials to toss by, please do. I've been trying to find a handful to push my coloring development farther and faster, if you have anything to help me along, It would be greatly appreciated. ^_^. I do agree with you though, shadows/highlights are big issues for me...lol. Took me forever to get the clothing to look good enough for me to move on to the next segments. Also tried to follow Amaretti's tutorial but it was just not working out for me..lol...for coloing the clothing and the hair, just couldn't get it to look right.

Going to keep practicing it though, along with other tutorials I come across to improve my own techniques.

Gaara: Some of those tuts look really helpful. Really like that Batanga one ^_^. Thanks for all the help. Going to give it a go once I figure out what I want to color next. I just looked around here for all the linearts I could and saved them to my drive, wish I had some more though >_<. Gotta start making my own line arts as well it seems.

p.s. BAH!...I always think I'm finished when I'm far from it. Completely forgot to shade in the neck area, and add in some light highlights around the nose....ohh well...lol. I'll just add them and place it on my version which I'll add to my upcoming deviantart account =P.
