Done [JP] Help me out with some Kanji?

It's supposed to be the name of a "special attack", but for the life of me I cannot figure out the definition of that first kanji.

I think the other kanji stand for rock, natural/elemental, strange/mysterious, to be different, and arrow...

but without the first kanji I can't really put them together

The furigana reads "わんがんスキーヤ”

Can anyone help me out by telling me what the 1st kanji means?

It means bend or curve especially relating to bows.

An alternative for 彎厳素奇異矢 , which is a made up word, will be 湾岸スキーヤー, literally meaning "coastal skier," which also makes no sense however.

It's from a gag manga (Pyu to Fuku! Jaguar) so I wouldn't be surprised even if it was "coastal skier" xD
