Done [JP] Help with one sentence

Basically, I need help with this sentence in the image (the one with the red dot):

ってか完全ポーピすぎるだろ
"Heck, he's probably completely ___?"

I underlined the katakana because I can't tell from the image if the marks next to the word ホーヒ are handakuten or dakuten.

Quick summary of story: This guy in her class is always late to class and is always sleepy. She encourages him and helps him sleep earlier. Now in chapter 2, he's been coming earlier (this is the first page of chapter 2).

I'm not sure if anything I said made sense but I hope someone could help, thanks!

Looking at the picture, I personally think it's ボービ, but since it's not really clear which one it it, I'd look up the meanings of both and see which one makes more sense.

ボービ = defense, defensive preparations

ポーピ doesn't exist in my dictionary.

So, I think the girl is commenting on how he prepared himself to sleep- overdid it a bit. (Using his bag?) as a pillow and bringing a sleep mask. He didn't come late this time, but now prepared himself to sleep at school.

Edit/Add: Just like what Sohma Riku described, it means that he geared up for sleeping : He is sooo prepared.
