Hello again.

Stumped once more--

I'm not sure I understand the meaning of the last two narration bubbles.

「肩書き以前と何も変わっていません」
「これぞ、ダメ女の技」

Is it something like:
"This title is the same as it's always been."
"This is it, the skill of the no-good woman."

(She has long referred to herself as ダメ女)

To explain,you have to know these phrases are a cliché in a Japanese TV program,
"Gekiteki before-after".
in english­: That'S a DRAMATIC CHANGE!

That program,Skillful carpenters,craftsmen(「匠」)make broken or ruined houses into
dramatically,drastically changed things.

「なんということでしょう」(Nantoiu koto desyou)
「これぞ匠の技」(korezo takumino waza)

In the TV program(Searching movies is too hard to take my time,sorry),narrator shows amazement by that phrase.
In that comic,ironically used for herself 'skillful' ダメ女.(ダメ＝hopeless,failed)
