Well, I'm new in this... So, I need help translating this:

Okay, I translated it, but I have no idea what it means. Help!!

まこと【真】means truth or fact.
か in this context is an interrogative particle.
お汁 seems to be a proper noun.

Thus the translation should be something like "Is it True Oshiru?"

O-shiru looks like a person's name... Oddly enough.

I would add a comma to owari01's translation for clarity, and "this" sounds better in English than "it", so:
"Is this true, Oshiru!!!?"

As Owari01 said, O-shiru was a proper noun in this case.
I bet that O-shiru is his (King's servant's) name.
"O(honorific)"+"general noun" used to composes Japanese name.
For example, "O"+"tsuru(crane)" is female's name and,
"O"+"kuma(bear)" is male's name. Although both of them are outdated.


And as saladesu said, O-shiru was very ridiculous for person's name.
Shiru(= soup or juice) is unsuitable word for person's name.
I think the author selected "shiru" for effect, in other word, as a gag.

Sometimes, "shiru" is an allusion of pre-ejaculate, sperm and love juice.
The manga you are translating is dirty gag manga (I guess that's Man☆Gatarou/漫☆画太郎’s one), isn't it?
King's name "Musukondoria" is a portmanteau of mitochondria and musuko(=息子/son, allusion of penis).

Ah, my reply might have been careless.
What I meant was "Man☆Gatarou loves dirty and absud jokes, so, there is no wonder that characters in his works had ridiculous name."
I'm his fan too and Gatarou is not a tabooed topic.
