Hey folks: just today I found out that one of my favorite mangaka, Uchimizu Tōru (famously canceled three times in WSJ...), has got a manga called Agrippa that showed up in SQ. Is it a series or just a one-shot?

Uchimizu has been serialized Agrippa in Jump SQ.19 since last year.

Agrippa's a SQ.19 series, I know that much. I believe 19 is released quarterly? I know it's only every couple of months, but I'm not sure which months, exactly.

SQ.19 releases 19th of every February, May, August, and November.

Wow, I'm so dropping DGM. Awesome story from time to time, but I can't stand monthly releases that go on a break, pft. How can dishing out 25-30 pages/month be so freaking hard...

Hoshino just had a hiatus two months ago so I hope SQ will make a statement to explain what's going on; I can't help but worry about her health.

Wow, I'm so dropping DGM. Awesome story from time to time, but I can't stand monthly releases that go on a break, pft. How can dishing out 25-30 pages/month be so freaking hard...

We're not sure why there's a(nother) hiatus so I wouldn't judge that harshly. I'd rather have good chapters released at an irregular schedule than half-assed chapters that is forced upon the mangaka- even if it will be a long wait.

Ok, it seems that the reason for Mayoi Neko Overrun's hiatus has surfaced...

The partnership between Matsu and Peco has been dissolved, and Mayoi Neko will be having a different illustrator/character designer for ever single volume starting volume 10. Vol.10 illustration will be done by Yasu, the illustrator for ToraDora series.

If the break up is as bad as it sounds, no wonder Yabuki can't continue drawing the manga version, since his characters are based on Peco's design.

I just hope they can somehow figure out a way to let Yabuki continue to draw Mayoi Neko... (Not that I mind having TLRD side stories, but I really don't want Mayoi Neko to just end like that... The bad memories of Strawberry Panic is still fresh on my mind...)
