Yeah, it is getting serious, but I wonder if it'll be a final arc. Sukeno said in volume 10 that Binbougami has passed the middle of whole story; so, there is a possibility that there going to another arc after this, unless this arc becomes really long.

Yeah, it is depend on how long this arc will last. However, since he said Binbougami had passed mid-way in volume 10, then that means he planned the series to last until volume 20. If the current arc is final arc, then that means it'll last for 8 volumes.

Geez yeah that's sort of pushing it, even if it is a monthly manga. Though the arc is just starting so who knows. Monthlies only have four chapters worth of stuff in them, so it may be possible but it is a bit of a stretch.

"A friend tole it to me" is not really a good source to confirm whether the series will end or not. We need an actual source to confirm wither rumor is true or not; you should ask your friend about the source.

Morita Masanori (author of Rokudenashi Blues, Rookies, and Beshari Gurashi) going to put an one shot on upcoming SQ.19 for the celebration of its renewal; but, it looks like he's in charge for story only.

Also, it looks like all of current SQ series going to have a side-story for celebration of SQ.19 renewal.
