Hello everybody! For those who don't know me, I'm a freelance raw provider that goes by the name of Asakura. I am also the founder and leader of Ossu, home of the Mx0 series. Today, i 'm going to talk about a new magazine that will hit stores in November. This new magazine is called Jump Square.

We've Claymore Extra Scene 1 here at RTS! Don't scan it yet.
We'll be doing Claymore Extra Scenes at RTS as long as it appears in Shonen Jump, will be using your scan for Chapter 2 ! Thanks a lot!!! :tem

And this is indeed a good idea! To have another thread for Jump Square.
I wonder what other series can be seen there in the future.

well i look forward to this thread working out, and hopefully beet becoming confirmed with a return date before the 1 year hiatus mark (october), one month before the final relase date funnily enough

Thanks a lot.
I was very intersted in Kurohime that was serialized in Monthly Jump, Shueisha said that it's gonna be serialized on the website of Jump Square, does anybody understand the reason?

Then...I'm just intersted in THE ANOTHER TALE OF FRANKESTEIN, from Rurouni Kenshin's mangaka Nobuhiro Watsuki, seems like there's a really cool character out there!

The Embalming series already had a few one shots out there from Nobuhiro, it didn't look too bad.

it could either be a third embalming or finally a series of it....

and its mainly cause kurohime was rounding off to an ending anyway, and i imagine the popularity of kurohime will keep people checking the site...

Yes, I read it just five minutes ago on kotatsu.

And what about Mahou Tsukai Kurohime (the female Dark Schneider

), the tankoubons were in the charts of Shonens at the 8th place, if I remember well...it's not a bad selling series

i imagine the popularity of kurohime will keep people checking the site...

I hope...is there anyone who's Editing Kurohime other than mangass?
They're great but they have a slow pace and I crave for her...

I think Kurohime being on the website also had to do with the fact that the mangaka is starting a new series in the same magazine, and Shueisha probably didn't want one mangaka taking that much space up in a magazine.

i know, but at least with letter bee, rosario, and *shudder* Gag manga biyori (i just cant stand the looks, they make me not even want to know what its like), all appearing in jump for a chapter, theyll bring the Editing world's attention to the magazine and the MJ refugee series.

Oh Rosario is going to have 1 chapter in Weekly jump?
That would be nice, though i still wouldn't understand the story ^^'
Anyone know how the Edited Manga group doing Rosario is doing?
Hopefully we'll get V.4 scanlated soon

Yes, rosario shall be getting a chapter in Weekly Jump, should be released around the #40's. Next Monthly Jump series to get the WJ is Gag Manga Biyori. The order goes like this:

Weekly Jump #39 (8/27): Gag Manga Biyori
Weekly Jump #40 (9/3): Claymore ES 3
Weekly Jump #41/42(???) (9/15): Rosario Vampire <-- I actually don't really know about this one... It somehow lost its consistency from other releases (notice how all of the other relese dates lie on a Monday, which is the initial weekly jump release date.)
Weekly Jump #46 (10/15): Tegami Bachi "Letter Bee"

Also, all of these series, excluding Claymore, aren't confirmed to have official chapters or just plain extra side chapters like Claymore's Extra Scenes. And also an ES 4 hasn't been confirmed either, so it might not happen. Sorry claymore fans!

As for other upcoming attractions, the next one is still going to be the Kure-nai one-shot next week in Akamaru Jump. Looks pretty interesting from the looks of the amazing art, that's all I can say... >_>

Oh and about Rosario, it is still being scanlated by Zombie-scans. They have released chapter 10 quite a while ago. No clue what's going on with the hiatus. :X Maybe dangerously short on staff...?

(Monthly Jump fact of the day: Did you know Gag Manga Biyori acquired an anime back in 2006? :P -Intended for Indiana_Mcemo-)

I have a question, thanks to someone that answers me.

In the first post theres 3 'sneak peek' pictures, the third one that has the Claymore cover, is that the first Jump Square magazine?? or is that just another magazines front page?

And does anyone know where i can buy it over the net, in an english site, cuz i think it says "ON SALE 2007/08/09"

Seven Seas and Etoile both got ceased/cut along with other monthly jump titles. The only ones who survived the cut in weekly jump were Rosario + Vampire, Claymore, Letter Bee, and Gag Manga Biyori (kurohime too but that's going to be online.)

As for Corkii's question, that's not the jump square cover. That's most likely a databook for Claymore. I kinda put it in there since it's an ad and it has something to do with this magazine. From the looks of it, it came out yesterday. You can probably look for it in online sites like play-asia or something. Or look around your town and see if you have a kinokuniya located there... >.>

i knew there was a gag manga biyori anime......... havent looked at it, as im ridiuclously prejudice against that art. it just cant keep me looking. i like over the top stuff, but hopefully if i ever see a scan of GMB it will appeal. same with the JSQ's new weird card Parman
