Sooo with the lack of things to talk about recently I'm offering just another boring chatGPT prediction here. I used deep research option so chatGPT doesn't go into total "idiot" mode with his predictions (Some of his predictions are still dumb and crazy af, but hey at least he isn't on full autism mode here), and though some things are wrong in his summary, surprisingly a lot of the things are actually nicely put. As for his predictions, well you can see for yourself.

I will link chat here: https://chatgpt.com/share/67dd0c21-6400-8004-8bd7-ebf4bd8f3327

As Deep Research option gives quite a lengthy responses I will put them in spoilers.

Summary of Recent Events (Latest Chapters)

Figure: Po Bidau Gustang, head of the Po Bidau Family, who instigated a high-stakes war against Lo Po Bia Traumerei and ultimately seized control of the rival family

towerofgod.fandom.com
.
In the latest chapters of Tower of God, two Great Family Leaders clashed directly for the first time in the series, marking a dramatic escalation in the Tower’s political landscape. Po Bidau Gustang went rogue from King Zahard’s directives, prompting Zahard to sic Lo Po Bia Traumerei on him, and the conflict culminated in an unorthodox duel of wits: a game of chess with the fate of their families on the line
towerofgod.fandom.com
reddit.com
. The loser would be stripped of their title as Family Head – a gentler alternative to all-out war – yet the outcome was anything but gentle: Traumerei lost the match and was subsequently killed, and Gustang claimed the leadership of the entire Lo Po Bia Family as his prize
towerofgod.fandom.com
. This shocking victory effectively removed one of the Ten Great Family Heads and shifted the balance of power, with Gustang now wielding influence over two great families.

Beyond the Gustang–Traumerei showdown, the aftermath of the Nest conflict reached its climax. Twenty-Fifth Baam (a.k.a. “Bam”) succeeded in rescuing his master Ha Jinsung from Zahard’s forces after a grueling battle at the Nest, fulfilling the primary mission that had driven much of Season 3

towerofgod.fandom.com

towerofgod.fandom.com
. Baam and an alliance of his friends and allies – including Slayer allies from FUG and even former enemies – fought through Zahard’s army (led by commanders like Lyborick and the now-disgraced Kallavan) to free Jinsung. In the process, Baam absorbed the power of the primordial beast Leviathan and pushed his Shinsu abilities to new heights, demonstrating growth that now genuinely threatens high-rankers. The culmination of the Nest battle not only saved Jinsung but also set the stage for a larger conflict involving the Great Families themselves, as evidenced by Gustang’s intervention.

The closing chapters of Season 3 delivered a trove of lore revelations connecting back to the Tower’s ancient history. Through a series of “Hidden Memory” fragments, readers were shown glimpses of the tragic past of Baam’s parents, Arlen Grace and V. In one eerie scene, Baam appeared to be partially overtaken by the essence or memory of V, his father – his demeanor and Shinsu control so drastically changed that even Gustang recognized V’s presence

worstgen.alwaysdata.net

worstgen.alwaysdata.net
. This suggests that Baam, who was resurrected as an infant by an “outside god” per Arlen’s diary, might literally carry a piece of V’s soul or will within him. The latest chapters stopped short of fully explaining this phenomenon, but the implication is profound: Baam may eventually have to confront V’s consciousness inside himself. Concurrently, Arlen’s long-foreshadowed prophecy was explicitly referenced: the idea that her revived son (Baam) is the “promised child” who will cut down Zahard and open the path to the outside
towerofgod.fandom.com
. Both Gustang and Traumerei seemed aware of this prophecy – their actions (from Traumerei attempting to forcibly recruit Baam via marriage
towerofgod.fandom.com
to Gustang sparking a rebellion) revolve around Baam’s potential to upset the status quo.

Meanwhile, other plot threads are converging. Prince Wangnan Ja (often called the “Prince of the Red Light District”) has reentered the spotlight as a wild card. It’s revealed that he has grown unusually powerful after a cryptic encounter with a golden substance or entity, and Zahard’s forces (notably Lyborick) are now actively pursuing him

reddit.com
. Fans strongly suspect Wangnan is connected to Zahard by blood (given he carries a Zahard ring), and the narrative now positions him as a potential “hidden prince” whose secret could shake the empire. Additionally, Zahard’s top enforcer, Adori Zahard, made a brief but explosive appearance at the end of Season 3 – she obliterated several warships in one strike during the Gustang–Traumerei conflict
reddit.com
. Adori’s intervention underscored the fact that the King’s army will not sit idle after a Family Head’s death. Her actions hint that Zahard has authorized his royal forces (and perhaps his own Princesses of Zahard) to intervene directly to contain the chaos. With Season 3’s finale showing Adori “empowered” enough to destroy a Lo Po Bia mothership, the stage is set for an even larger showdown between Zahard’s royal forces and the growing anti-Zahard coalition in the coming arc.

Key Themes and Developments from Previous Arcs

Legacy of Arlen and V – The Irregulars’ Prophecy: Much of Tower of God’s overarching narrative is driven by the ancient story of Arlen Grace and V, two Irregulars who climbed the Tower alongside Zahard eons ago

towerofgod.fandom.com

towerofgod.fandom.com
. They rebelled against Zahard when he declared himself King, leading to a civil war that they ultimately lost. Zahard’s slaughter of their infant son – and V’s ensuing suicide in despair – set the stage for Arlen’s prophecy of vengeance
towerofgod.fandom.com

towerofgod.fandom.com
. Earlier arcs (especially the Floor of Death arc) revealed through Arlen’s diary that she made a pact with an Outside God to resurrect her child (Baam) as an Irregular destined to “bring truth to the Tower” and topple Zahard
towerofgod.fandom.com
. This prophecy, initially a distant bit of lore, has become increasingly central with Baam’s growth. It frames the classic theme of fate vs. free will: Baam struggles between simply climbing to protect his friends versus seemingly being born to fulfill Arlen’s vengeful wish. This tension has been present since Baam’s introduction as an Irregular and is highlighted in every major arc as he unlocks new powers (the Thorn fragments left by Enryu, etc.) tied to that destiny.

Betrayal, Survival, and Character Growth: The series began with betrayal – Rachel’s treachery in the Final Test of Season 1 (pushing Baam out of the bubble to claim her own path) shocked both Baam and readers, cementing betrayal as a recurring theme. This personal betrayal drove Baam’s evolution in Season 2: he survived, adopted the alias “Jyu Viole Grace” under FUG, and grew from a gentle, naive boy into a more hardened, determined young man. Each arc forced Baam to confront harsh realities: in the Workshop Battle, he learned to fight not just for Rachel but for his new friends; in Hell Train sub-arcs like Revolution Road and the Name Hunt Station, he faced allies’ sacrifices and the true nature of the Princess system. Notably, the Name Hunt Station arc dealt with Zahard’s Princesses (like Androssi Zahard) being pitted against each other. Androssi’s status was sabotaged by Lo Po Bia insiders to boost their own favored princess candidates, highlighting the cutthroat politics of Zahard’s family and the notion that loyalty is fragile in the Tower’s power games. Over time, Baam’s core motivation shifted from chasing Rachel’s shadow to protecting those dear to him and uncovering the truth of the Tower. By the Last Station (the climax of Season 2), Baam openly defied Jahad’s forces, a far cry from the timid boy who once depended on Rachel for purpose. This character growth – forged through trials of friendship, loss, and betrayal – grounds the fantastical conflicts in personal stakes.

Power and Politics – The Tower’s Hierarchy: As Baam ascended, the story expanded from tests among Regulars to the wider power structure of the Tower. Key developments from previous arcs set up the current political turmoil. The introduction of FUG (Fearsome Union of the Gods) in early Season 2 was pivotal: Baam was coerced into becoming a FUG Slayer Candidate, essentially an assassin groomed to kill King Zahard. This aligned Baam with the Tower’s shadowy insurgency. Through FUG’s machinations (e.g. the Workshop Battle arc), we learned of the existence of Slayer bosses and Elders, and saw how factions like FUG manipulate events to weaken Zahard’s regime. Opposing FUG, of course, are Zahard’s Army Corps and the Great Families, who began to take Baam seriously after he was outed as an Irregular. The Last Station battle exemplified this: Zahard’s Army, led by Commander Kallavan, violated the rules by attacking a station full of Regulars just to eliminate Baam

towerofgod.fandom.com
. That unprecedented move showed the extents to which the empire will go to maintain the status quo, even at the cost of its own legitimacy. It also exposed rifts on the imperial side – e.g. Kallavan’s fundamentalism vs. colleagues like Colonel Khan who hesitated to slaughter innocents – adding nuance to the “evil empire” trope. The fallout of that battle (with Kallavan demoted and later forming his own agenda) carries into Season 3’s current arc.

Alliances Forged in Adversity: Previous arcs repeatedly forced unlikely team-ups that have now blossomed into the alliance backing Baam. In the Hell Train saga, former enemies became comrades – e.g. Khun Aguero and Rak reunited with Baam and brought along newcomers like Miseng, Hockney, and others, solidifying a crew that spans multiple factions. Season 3 took this further: Baam joined forces with Khun Yuri Zahard (one of Zahard’s Princesses who opposes some of the King’s edicts) and Evangeline (Evankhell), a ex-Floor Ruler, during the Last Station defense. Later, in the Cage and Nest arcs, Baam won over Baylord Yama, leader of the canine people, turning a would-be adversary into a crucial ally against the Lo Po Bia Family’s Branch Leader (Yasratcha)

towerofgod.fandom.com
. Even the proud Khun family has representation in Baam’s camp via Khun Aguero Agnes (and by extension, his resourceful father Khun Eduan’s indirect help in the Hidden Floor arc). These alliances underscore a major theme: unity across divides. Regulars, Rankers, Princesses, even a Family Head (Gustang) are now converging toward a common cause (whether it’s truly aligned or temporarily convenient). Each major arc added a piece to this coalition – from rescuing Prince of the Red Light District (Wangnan) and discovering his Zahard ring in early Season 2, to freeing ancient warriors like Cha and Dowon from the Wall of Peaceful Coexistence in Season 3. The result is that heading into the next arc, Baam has an eclectic support network, reflecting the series’ emphasis that climbing the Tower (or breaking it) requires help. No one, not even an Irregular, achieves miracles alone in this world.

Worldbuilding and Unresolved Mysteries: Past arcs have also introduced critical mysteries and lore devices that remain in play. The 13 Month Series weapons (like the Black March and Green April) were first showcased in Season 1 and became symbols of Zahard’s pact with his Princesses – these weapons (now mostly confiscated by Zahard) are hinted to cause something special if reunited, and one such weapon slumbers inside Baam (the Black March, given to him by Yuri, though currently inert). The Hidden Floor arc revealed a digital copy of Zahard’s young self and the existence of the mysterious “Key” – an item Zahard took that prevents anyone from reaching the top of the Tower. That key’s whereabouts (likely held by Zahard or one of his loyalists) and purpose remain an unresolved plot point tied to Baam’s endgame (opening the “Door to the Outside” as Arlen foresaw

towerofgod.fandom.com
). Additionally, Season 3’s focal conflict between Gustang and Traumerei brought the Great Families’ internal politics to center stage. We learned each Family Head has their own agenda: some (like Traumerei) staunchly loyal to Zahard, others (like Gustang) harboring secret ambitions or guilt. This was foreshadowed in earlier lore drops (for instance, Khun Eduan’s data clone remarked that V would have been a better king than Zahard
towerofgod.fandom.com
, hinting at lingering dissent among the Great Warriors). The next arc will likely explore these power structure fissures further – an idea seeded as far back as Season 2 but only now coming to fruition with a Family Head’s open rebellion. Finally, characters like Phantaminum (an otherworldly Irregular who massacred Zahard’s palace in the backstory) and Enryu (the only person to kill a Floor Guardian, leaving behind the Red Thorn) linger on the fringes of the lore. They have not appeared in person beyond name-drops, but their legends loom large. The outside world itself, and Headon’s motives in selecting Irregulars, remain mysteries threading through all arcs. These unresolved elements from earlier in the story maintain a sense that the Tower is part of a much grander universe – one which Baam’s journey has only begun to crack open.

Fan Theories and Community Speculation

The Tower of God fan community is highly active, and the recent chapters have ignited a storm of theories and discussions as readers try to predict where the story is heading. Here are some of the prominent themes in fan speculation:

  • Gustang’s True Motives: Fans have been debating why Po Bidau Gustang initiated the war with Traumerei. One prevalent theory is that Gustang is secretly aiming for “controlled chaos” to change the Tower’s stagnant order
    reddit.com
. His actions – from revealing crucial information about Baam in the Floor of Death, to challenging another Family Head – suggest to many that Gustang regrets the sins of the Great Warriors (the betrayal of Arlen and V) and now seeks to atone by toppling Zahard’s regime. Some speculate that Gustang might even be in league with Arlen’s goals; after all, Gustang appeared oddly prepared during the war, using esoteric techniques (like a mysterious scale and immortal creature “Jubilee”) rather than raw power
    reddit.com
. This led to a popular metaphor on forums that “Gustang is playing 4D chess” – indicating fans see him as several steps ahead of everyone, orchestrating events with minimal direct fighting. On the flip side, a segment of fans wonders if Zahard anticipated Gustang’s betrayal. They point to Traumerei’s cryptic last words to Gustang (which were not fully shown) and theorize that Zahard “predicted this” and may have set a trap for Gustang
    reddit.com
. In either case, there’s consensus that Gustang is now one of the most pivotal wild cards in the story, and readers are divided on whether he’ll end up as an anti-hero ally to Baam or a manipulative villain using Baam for his own ends.

  • Baam’s Inner Mystery – V’s Soul: Perhaps the hottest topic has been the strange manifestation of Baam’s father, V, within Baam. The community exploded with theories after chapters seemingly showed Baam unconsciously channeling V’s personality and power. One elaborate fan theory argues that Arlen and V intentionally imbued Baam with V’s spirit as a contingency
    reddit.com
. In this view, Baam was not just resurrected as a blank slate; he was meant to eventually become V (or at least gain V’s strength of will) to carry out their revenge. Supporting this, fans cite how Baam’s Shinsu style under duress suddenly mirrored V’s, and how Gustang instantly recognized it. If true, this sets up a potential internal conflict where Baam might have to resist being overtaken by his father’s will. Some readers even foresee a scenario where Baam could “talk” with V inside his mental world or have to prove his own identity separate from his parents. However, other fans are more skeptical, suggesting that what we saw was a memory imprint rather than a literal soul. They theorize Baam’s peculiar birth and body (often noted as “mysterious” by characters) might retain echoes of V that surfaced due to Gustang’s memory-probing techniques. Regardless, the idea of Baam hosting another consciousness has captivated the fandom, with debates on whether this will be a source of strength (a guide in tough times) or a narrative of Baam overcoming the shadow of his fatherto assert his free will.

  • The “Prince of Zahard” – Wangnan’s Role: Ever since Wangnan was introduced with a royal ring, readers have suspected he is connected to Zahard. Recent developments all but confirm he’s important – Lyborick calling him “the prince” and chasing him down has fueled theories that Wangnan is Zahard’s hidden son or clone. One popular hypothesis is that Wangnan is a fragment of Zahard’s power or immortality, possibly created as a failsafe. In support, fans note that Wangnan’s blood has unusual properties (it could harm Zahard’s Data self on the Hidden Floor) and that Zahard spared him once in the past. With Wangnan’s sudden power-up after interacting with the “golden orb” (which many think was an Administrator or some Guardian test), speculation is rife that he might become an alternative “chosen one” – perhaps a candidate to replace Zahard or to end Zahard’s curse if Baam fails. Community sentiment is split: some are excited at the prospect of Team Baam and Team Wangnan converging (the two started as parallel protagonists in Season 2), potentially combining keys – Baam as Arlen’s child and Wangnan as Zahard’s – to unlock the Tower’s secrets. Others worry this subplot could complicate the narrative if not handled carefully. Nonetheless, just about everyone agrees that Wangnan’s reunion with Baam will be dramatic, given Karaka’s deep interest in Wangnan’s true identity (Karaka has even called him “Your Highness” before). It’s widely expected that the next arc will finally unravel the mystery of Wangnan’s birth and the purpose of the Zahard Ring, a question lingering since the Workshop Battle arc.
  • Power Scaling and Showdowns: The confrontation between two Family Heads ignited discussion about power levels and future match-ups. Fans were awed by Traumerei’s demonstrations (controlling ancient beasts effortlessly) but also noted that the fight was resolved via a game rather than an all-out battle. This led to debates on whether we have truly seen Family Head-level combat at full force. Some argue that Traumerei was holding back out of arrogance, and that Gustang’s victory was more due to strategy than power – implying Gustang might actually be weaker one-on-one
    reddit.com
. Others counter that Gustang likely has far more up his sleeve (he barely revealed his Shinwonryu, the transcendent shinsu control, aside from conjuring creatures from his library). This bodes interestingly for match-ups to come: for example, will we see Arie Hon vs. Gustang or Eurasia Enne Zahard (if she resurfaces) vs. someone? The fandom frequently power-ranks the Family Heads and top Rankers; with Traumerei gone, attention has turned to figures like Adori Zahard and Luslec. Adori’s feat of destroying ships drew speculation that she might be approaching Family Head tier in strength
    reddit.com
, which is exceptional for a Tower-born Princess. Likewise, Grace Mirchea Luslec, the founder of FUG, is said to rival the Great Warriors – fans often mention that Luslec once made Urek Mazino bleed in a spar. This has led to hype that if Luslec enters the story, he could clash with Adori Zahard or even Gustang. Many readers anticipate a showdown between Urek Mazino and one of the Family Heads as well, given Urek’s pledge to help Arlen’s son (Baam) and his standing as the Tower’s strongest active Irregular. In summary, the community is brimming with “dream fights” predictions, from Baam vs. Kallavan Round 2 (a grudge match that seems inevitable) to team battles like Baam & Khun vs. Zahard’s Princes. Amid these discussions, there’s also concern about Baam’s rapid power growth– some feel his string of power-ups (multiple Thorn fragments, the White power absorption, now Leviathan) risks making him overpowered, whereas others trust SIU will counterbalance this by pitting him against appropriately monumental foes (like Zahard himself or empowered Rankers).

  • The Fate of Rachel: No conversation about Tower of God fan theories is complete without mentioning Rachel. Arguably the series’ most hated (yet fascinating) character, Rachel has been relatively quiet in recent arcs, which only makes fans more certain that she’s being saved for a major play. In the past, she has shown an uncanny knack for survival and opportunism – from stealing the credit for the Floor of Death mission to teaming up with Gustang’s servant. Now, with chaos unfolding, many suspect Rachel will attempt to steal Baam’s reward or power at a critical moment. One theory posits that Rachel might target one of Baam’s Thorn fragments or even Leviathan, using whatever mysterious contract she got from Headon to tip the scales. Another theory speculates that Rachel could betray Gustang (if she is indeed under his wing currently) and align with Zahard if it means climbing higher – essentially becoming a double agent. There is also literary speculation: Rachel represents the “stars” that Baam chases; some think her ultimate role might be tragically tied to opening the Door to the Outside, perhaps as a sacrifice or inadvertent key. While concrete evidence in the text is sparse for Rachel’s endgame, sentiment on her character is strong. A large portion of the community eagerly anticipates a final confrontation between Baam and Rachel, not as an epic battle of power, but as an emotional payoff where Baam can finally address her betrayal and his own closure. Given SIU’s penchant for subverting tropes, fans are split on whether Rachel will face karmic justice or achieve her goal only to find it hollow. The tone of community speculation around Rachel is one of cautious watchfulness – everyone knows she’s out there scheming, it’s just a matter of when she will reappear to throw a wrench into the plot (and many suspect the coming arc, with all its turmoil, is the perfect cover for her next move).

In general, the fandom’s sentiment is a mix of excitement and anxiety. There’s excitement for the massive lore reveals and the convergence of plotlines that readers have theorized about for years – for instance, seeing Zahard’s reaction to a Family Head’s death, or finally learning about Baam’s mother Arlen’s whereabouts (some even theorize Arlen might still be alive, guiding events from the shadows). But there’s also some anxiety regarding the story’s pacing and complexity. With so many characters and factions now in play, fans hope the narrative gives each their due. The community widely praises SIU’s worldbuilding ambition, though some discuss the need for certain Regulars (like Baam’s original teammates) to not get lost in the shuffle as focus shifts to world-scale conflicts. Still, the prevailing attitude in online discussions is optimistic: Tower of God has a track record of tying its threads together in unexpected ways, and most fans genuinely enjoy theorizing in the meantime. As one Reddit user put it, “The table is set for an all-out feast of plot” – and the fanbase is ravenously speculating about every possible dish to be served next.

Realistic Plot Predictions for the Next Arc

Considering all these developments, the next arc of Tower of God (likely the start of Season 4) is poised to be one of the most consequential yet. Here we outline a plausible, grounded scenario for what could happen, based on current plot threads, established lore, and character motivations:

1. Aftermath of the Family Head Duel – Zahard’s Response: The arc will open with the Tower in turmoil over Traumerei’s death. King Zahard cannot let Gustang’s insurrection go unpunished, so we can expect him to mobilize his forces aggressively. Adori Zahard, as Commander-in-Chief of Zahard’s Army and the most powerful Princess, will likely take center stage on Zahard’s side. She could confront Gustang directly, leading the charge with the elite Royal Guard and remaining Corps Commanders. A tense standoff might ensue at the site of the Lo Po Bia Family’s mothership (now under Gustang’s control). Given Gustang’s aversion to brute force clashes, he may initially parley – perhaps invoking old agreements among the 10 Families or attempting to justify his actions. However, Zahard’s orders would be uncompromising: Gustang has effectively declared treason. A realistic development is that other Family Heads step (cautiously) into the fray here. For example, Ha Yurin (Head of the Ha Family, and notably the ancestress of Yuri and Jinsung) might offer clandestine support to Gustang, or at least shield Baam’s group, out of opposition to Zahard’s recent extremism. On the other hand, militant Family Heads like Arie Hon or Khun Eduan could side with Zahard or pursue their own interests – Eduan, for instance, might relish the chance to duel a fellow Family Head and could confront Gustang purely for sport or pride. We might see a council of the Great Families convene (something alluded to in lore but never shown) where the remaining heads debate how to handle Gustang and the “Irregular issue.” Such a scene would be a goldmine of political intrigue, with each Family Head’s personality on display. In the end, expect Zahard to issue a “Declaration of War”: a mandate that any family or Princess aiding FUG or Gustang will be considered enemy of the empire

reddit.com
. This essentially forces characters like Yuri (who is technically a Zahard Princess but allied with Baam) and even neutral powers like Urek’s Wolhaiksong to pick a side. The next arc will likely depict the Tower teetering on the brink of a full-scale civil war – not just covert operations, but open conflict between Zahard’s forces and a rebel coalition.

2. Baam’s Role – Embracing the “Prince of the Tower”: In the midst of the larger war, Baam will finally start to embrace his prophesied role, albeit on his own terms. Now reunited with his mentor Jinsung and his closest friends, Baam has a support system to help him process the revelations about his parents. It’s realistic that Baam will learn the full truth of Arlen’s diary (perhaps Gustang, before things go haywire, hands Baam a copy of Arlen’s last words, or Jinsung shares knowledge from the FUG elders). We can expect a quiet moment where Baam grapples with being Arlen’s son and Zahard’s mortal enemy by birth – a heavy burden that he initially never asked for. Baam’s core character, however, is to shoulder burdens for those he cares about. Thus, rather than shying from this fate, Baam may decide to actively work to “end the corrupt reign” as the prophecy says, especially after witnessing the carnage inflicted on his friends at the Last Station and Nest. This doesn’t mean Baam becomes a ruthless avenger overnight; more likely, he’ll double down on his resolve to protect. His immediate goal might be to prevent further bloodshed among people he cares for. For instance, Baam could volunteer to act as a mediator between Gustang and Zahard’s forces – perhaps surrendering himself on the condition that civilians or his friends are spared. This kind of self-sacrifice would align with Baam’s established character. However, Zahard’s side (particularly someone like Adori or Kallavan if he rejoins the army) might try to execute Baam on the spot, betraying any agreement. Such a betrayal would serve as a catalyzing moment for Baam: realizing that negotiation is futile and that to save his friends, he must confront Zahard’s empire head-on. We might then see Baam truly claim the mantle as “the 25th Night”, the light to break Zahard’s eternal darkness – rallying his allies with a speech or decisive action. On the power front, Baam will need to master the new powers he’s gained. A training sequence or mentor-guided development is very plausible: now that the immediate Nest crisis is over, Baam can attempt to converse with the entity Leviathan sealed in him, learning to control that immense power without being consumed by it. There may also be an internal struggle with V’s influence. It wouldn’t be surprising if Baam experiences dreams or visions of V guiding him or urging more violent solutions. A grounded outcome is Baam integrating a portion of V’s strength while affirming his own identity – essentially telling the memory of his father, “I will finish what you started, but in my own way.” By the end of the next arc, Baam is likely to emerge not just as a reactive participant but as a symbolic leader for those rebelling against Zahard. This could be visually cemented by Baam possibly wielding a fully ignited Thorn (or multiple Thorns), signifying the prophesied hero has come into his power.

3. The New Alliance & Key Players Assembling: We should see a consolidation of the disparate allies around Baam into a more organized anti-Zahard alliance. This alliance would include FUG’s forces, the entire Ha Family’s martial might through Ha Jinsung, the canine people led by Yama, and possibly even the Lo Po Bia forces that defect from Zahard’s rule now that Gustang is in charge (though Gustang’s loyalty is uncertain). One realistic plot point is Gustang formally teaming up with this alliance – not out of loyalty to Baam, but because it serves his aims. Gustang might provide critical information, such as the weakness in Zahard’s immortality contract or the secret location of the Last Station to the Top (the 135th Floor). In exchange, he could expect Baam (the “light bearer” of Arlen’s prophecy) to spearhead the push against Zahard. We might also finally see Grace Mirchea Luslec, the legendary founder of FUG, step out of the shadows. Given the severity of the situation, Luslec – who has been content to let younger members like Karaka and Jinsung act – may decide it’s time for him to fight. Fans anticipate Luslec possibly dueling Adori Zahard or acting as a shield against Zahard himself if the King makes a move. Wolhaiksong, Urek Mazino’s organization, is another factor: while Wolhaiksong’s goal is exploring the unknown rather than politics, Urek has personal stakes in Arlen’s story. It’s plausible Urek will appear in the next arc, either to rescue Baam from a dire situation or to confront Gustang (recall that Gustang and Urek are acquaintances – Gustang gave Urek Arlen’s pocket on the Floor of Death). Urek’s presence would greatly raise the stakes, as he’s one of the few who can challenge Family Heads; however, Urek might also serve as a moderating force, insisting that any plan to dethrone Zahard should minimize harm to ordinary people (fitting his somewhat reckless but fundamentally benevolent personality). On the side of Zahard’s empire, we’ll see internal fractures widen. Princess Maschenny Zahard – who orchestrated much of the Nest’s setup – is likely to continue her sly games. She’s currently one of the most intriguing wild cards: Maschenny might feign obedience to Zahard while secretly feeding intel to Baam’s side, as her true aim seems to be provoking a scenario where she can reach the hidden treasures of the Tower (perhaps the vault beyond the 135th Floor). We might witness a secret meeting between Maschenny and Khun Eduan (her father and Family Head), discussing the “bigger picture” – Maschenny has hinted that something on the upper floors or outside the Tower entices her. Such hints could tie into why the Workshop (makers of the 13 Month Series) and other factions like the Native One creatures have been mentioned; all these pieces could start linking as alliances form. In summary, the next arc will draw clear battle lines: a coalition of the willing led (symbolically) by Baam versus Zahard’s royal forces. Key players like Yuri, Karaka, Dowon, Cha, and even former foes like Kallavan might join Baam’s coalition (Kallavan, having lost his rank and perhaps his purpose, could seek redemption by fighting the tyrant he served). Each of these characters has personal motivation to oppose Zahard – Yuri wants to free her friend imprisoned for aiding Baam, Karaka seeks revenge on Zahard, Dowon wants the Tower open, etc. The narrative will likely balance big battles with these personal motivations, keeping the conflicts character-driven.

4. Confrontations and Climbing – Moving Toward the Top Floor: Despite the war, the ultimate goal remains reaching the top of the Tower (and beyond). The next arc might ingeniously combine the warfare with the resumption of the Tower climb. One way to do this: make the 135th Floor (the last accessible floor where Zahard stopped) the battlefield. Perhaps Gustang’s endgame is to break the pact that locks Floor 135 and he needs Baam’s Irregular ability to unlock it. Thus, the alliance could carve a path upward through contested floors. This would bring back the “test” structure in war-torn form – imagine Baam’s team having to clear floor tests that Zahard’s army directors have fortified or corrupted. We could see the Floor Guardians become involved; these ancient beings might be stirred by the presence of multiple Irregulars (Baam, Urek, etc.) and the war. There’s potential for a momentous event like a Guardian outright rebelling against Zahard’s imposed rules (similar to how the 43rd Floor’s Guardian allowed Enryu to kill it when disgusted by Zahard). As Baam ascends, each floor could correspond to resolving an old plot thread: for instance, on one floor they might find Enne Zahard (the rogue Princess sealed long ago) and either fight or ally with her; on another, they might encounter the secret Workshop lab where the third Thorn fragment or Phantaminum’s clue lies. All the while, Zahard himself could finally enter the stage. It’s realistic that Zahard will not personally act until perhaps the very climax, but we might get interludes of him observing (similar to how the young Data Zahard taunted Baam on the Hidden Floor). Zahard might send his own clone or sons (if any exist) to do battle. One intriguing setup: Zahard has activating an ancient asset like the “Ghost of the 13 Months” (a mysterious entity referenced in the lore) to impede Baam’s progress. This would tie back to the Princess story and possibly force Baam’s princess allies (Yuri, Androssi, etc.) to face the literal specter of Zahard’s power.

In terms of specific battles the next arc could deliver, a few seem likely given the build-up:

  • Baam vs. Lyborick: Lyborick, being a mastermind behind the Nest’s dark tactics and now chasing Wangnan, is a prime candidate for Baam (or Khun/Rak’s) next big opponent. A grounded prediction is that Khun Aguero and Rak – who have grown in Baam’s shadow – will take on Lyborick’s forces to protect Wangnan, giving those two some spotlight. This could happen mid-arc, showing Team Baam rescuing Team Wangnan in a smaller-scale conflict amid the larger war.
  • Yama (and the Canines) vs. Yasratcha’s Successor: Yama settled the score with Yasratcha, but the Lo Po Bia Family might send another Anima General with a legion of beasts to reclaim authority over the Canine people. A rematch on a grander scale, maybe Yama and his brothers (Doom and Paul) leading their transformed canine army alongside Baam’s other allies, could occur when Zahard’s side tries to re-subjugate the Cage. This gives a nice throughline for the canine arc, perhaps concluding with Yama fully avenging his species’ mistreatment.
  • Karaka vs. Jinsung: This is more of an emotional confrontation – Karaka has been shown to care for Jinsung (who is like an uncle to him), and seeing Jinsung gravely injured in the Nest pushed Karaka to fury. There’s a possibility Karaka, known for his temper, might do something rash in the war that Jinsung has to stop. Jinsung might need to rein Karaka in to prevent him from sacrificing himself foolishly. This could lead to Karaka’s development, possibly even removing his helmet (a symbolic moment fans anticipate, revealing his face/humanity).
  • Baam vs. Kallavan, Final Round: Kallavan’s arc has been one of atonement after his blind loyalty was shattered. A realistic scenario is Kallavan coming to Baam’s aid at a crucial juncture (for instance, shielding Baam from a killing blow by a Zahard princess or even fighting a losing battle against Adori to buy time). Baam might then face Kallavan once more, not as enemies, but as respectful adversaries fulfilling a promise. Kallavan earlier vowed to test if Baam truly has the “power to change the Tower.” A duel where Baam finally defeats Kallavan decisively – perhaps without killing him, convincing Kallavan to fully switch sides – would be a satisfying conclusion to their rivalry. Kallavan could become one of Baam’s staunchest allies afterward, completing his transformation from zealous Zahard servant to enlightened protector of the next generation.

5. Unveiling Secrets on the Road to the Summit: As the arc concludes, we can expect at least one major mystery to be solved or revealed, propelling the story into its final phase. A likely candidate is the secret of Zahard’s immortality contract. Gustang, being the scholar he is, might divulge how Zahard can be killed – possibly confirming that Zahard can only die if an Irregular (Baam) strikes the finishing blow while in possession of the Key that Zahard hid. This would tie up the reason why Zahard feared Baam’s birth so much and why he guarded the 135th Floor so aggressively. Additionally, the arc could finally show us a glimpse of the Outside World through dreams or a short POV shift – for instance, an epilogue scene could show what Arlen saw beyond the Tower (perhaps she is on the other side of the Door, waiting). This would set the stage for Tower of God’s endgame: not just revolution within the Tower, but the breaking of the Tower’s borders themselves.

In conclusion, the next arc is shaping up to be a blend of all-out war and personal reckonings. It will likely balance large-scale battles with key character moments – Baam coming to terms with his heritage, Wangnan rising to his potential, and even Zahard possibly confronting the specter of his past (if Baam publicly reveals Zahard’s crimes against Arlen, it could turn public opinion within the Tower). The tone should remain consistent with Tower of God’s narrative so far: a mix of tactical team fights (using clever strategy and Shinsu techniques established in prior arcs) and mythic lore advancement. While wild surprises are always possible (SIU loves his plot twists), the above outline sticks to the established trajectory of the story, ensuring that new developments (like a civil war) feel like a natural payoff to years of setup. Baam’s journey from an abandoned boy at the bottom to a leader at the top of the Tower is about to hit its climax, and all signs point toward an arc of heroic resolve, heartbreaking sacrifice, and the first real glimmers of the dawn beyond the night – exactly the kind of grand narrative culmination Tower of God has been building toward

Obviously the forums it fed on, and the fact that this prompt did not include mangahelpers Tower of God forum texts as a source :XD :XD :XD :XD

P.S. Gotta make a correction, Worstgen forum, one source, seems to be a xerox of here more or less xD

Baam’s journey from an abandoned boy at the bottom to a leader at the top of the Tower is about to hit its climax, and all signs point toward an arc of heroic resolve, heartbreaking sacrifice, and the first real glimmers of the dawn beyond the night – exactly the kind of grand narrative culmination Tower of God has been building toward

let us finally see Grace Mirchea Luslec, he may not fight Urek Mazino and wander through 2 FHs and Urek's fighting, but he can duel Adori or become shield :D
What kind of fan expected Luslec become a shield is beyond me, even before chapter 599 (and definitely after 599) the dude was anything but shield xD

I have to give it though, nice predictions.

As I said, some are crazy, but all and all he didn't go TOO crazy, he even managed some to sound believable.
