Discussion Just Thought of This

[Philly Shell]

Someone or something created these titans that are known to be 60 meters tall in some cases. They don't need to eat to survive. They only need sunlight to be active (some don't). They have no reproduction or digestive system. They regenerate lost body parts quick. Some humans can transform into titans. Titans can gain powers from other shifters. Coordinate ability, hardening ability, etc.

How is something like this able to exist^ and all of humanity technology is shit. No planes, bombs, helicopters, cars, phones, internet, etc... They use horses and swords and old ass guns...

But WE, in real life, have ALL the technology but no titans are possible to create.
