Discussion Kaido's Ability

Okay seriously I have no clue. I wouldn't mind if he turned out to be any of those above options. But it'd be interesting if he was an animal who learned to talk like Bepo and Pappug.

Yamata no orochi or another multi-headed dragon like Hydra.
Yamata no orochi is also the main villain in a town of Dragon Quest 3 called Zipangu which clearly imitates the ancient Japan. Dragon Quest is Oda's most favorite game series. There is a monster named King Hydra in the game too.
Oda has shown some dragons in PH arc, which suggests Kaido is something related to dragon. The fact that Kin-e-mon hates dragon strongly supports this idea.

He could be an alien like superman, or Bizarro. Humanoid form with hands and legs, and ability to communicate with humans. His ship was the the UFO we saw, that captured Capone Bege.
He has probably even consumed a DF fruit, making him the strongest creature around.

Other than that, he might a mythical beast revived by secret techniques which consumed the giant giant fruit giving him humanoid abilities. I tend to slant towards the alien theory though.

When we really get down to the topic, its really interesting to think about what it could be. At least until there are more clues given, or he's introduced outright, anybody's guess is just as good. One thing's for sure though, Oda does do a lot of research before he designs something so I'm sure Kaidou's design is related to something some of us have already seen somewhere before or are familiar with, like a multi-headed dragon or a hydra as you mentioned.

Pandaman! I like that idea! But to be serious, the most possible thing is that Pandaman belongs to his Crew! - By what i dont mean that this is a fact, its just if Pandaman has something to do with Kaidou!

I'm going to say a gorilla of some sort, or is at least an ape. He could be a human, but very beast-like, hairy and feral looking.

I am going to go out on a limb and say he is either a Talking animal or a animal that ate a type of hito hito no mi. That or a human that ate some kind of badass Zoan like a mythical or ancient Zoan. I thought maybe a Neco Neco No Mi model Lion because we consider Lions to be the king of the jungle and it would kinda go with his king of beasts title. Though we already got shiki the golden lion and that lion turtle guy. What would be crazy is if Kaido is a giant or very large human who ate the Neco Neco No Mi model Lion. could you imagine how amazing it would look when a Kaido in full animal form appears in front of the SH and Heart pirate alliance. They would be stunned seeing a massive menacing Lion towering in front of them from some elevated position.
