IF kaido was large zoan creature wouldn't that make him a bigger target? like drake for example was a easy target for kizaru. I don't get how a guy with a bunch of zoans could be an emperor. Any smart guy would end the game by sinking his ship lol

Well X-Drakes Zoan-fruit is extremely powerful. That skin can probably block pretty much any non super-haki stab and/or bullet, who knows maybe even some of those, but no one and I mean no one can stand against a laser point blank in any form (except for Marco but he is the exception) and not get pierced by it. That's why I feel it's kind of uncool trashtalking his power, Kizaru-san would have shot him either way.

Sorry man, but from reading this i just had to think about a huge sea monster, floating uncoscious in the water, like a dead fish. :P

I don't think that is possible, since the water directly affects the user, no matter the shape, or wether he is able to breathe underwater, or not. Plus, we had an example of that before: Van der Dekken was a fishman and DF user and he would be able to live in the seawater, but unable to swim, or move.

1) Kaido is a minkman or human-Minkman hybrid, with a ferocious attitude, extremely powerful haki and skilled in combat.

2) He is a awakened mythic zoan of a Faun or a Centaur hence he has a human face but the body of a creature

Thing is, hydra was used already. Same with many mythical creatures, they were used in ID arc. It'd feel weird if they were recycled.

rob lucci was a cheetah so I think Oda would make kaido something we would never expect. btw pekoms is a lion.
For kaido to stand out from his crew he would definitely have to be a mythical creature.

I just makes sense, if the strongest Zoan is in the hands of a Yonkou. It was just stated, that he's the strongest beast, so it makes sense. Kinda hard to beat a phoenix, if you ask me.

Pekoms is a lion-turtle dafuq creature I guess he was originally a humaniod lion, and has a turtle DF. That's different from a lion DF (which has gotta be epic). But the Awakened Zoans already wasted a lot of mythical creatures, which could've been suitable to Kaido's descriptions...

No, it was not said that Kaido ate a zoan-type devil fruit. However, the notion of him being referred to as a creature implies that he has a non-human form--which I believe is mythical. OR "creature," could also mean that he is so strong that it's hard to call him a normal human, therefore I also think he might have a super strong devil fruit that is not a zoan-type, and that his moniker is just derived by the fact that his whole crew is mostly zoan-type.

Classifying him as a 'creature' may not only imply he's a Zoan DF user; but hint what kind of man he is - perhaps someone who grew up in the wild.

No matter what creature Kaidou is, he was probably never a human. So far we have Chopper, Bepo, Pappug and Pekom who are all animals with the ability to speak. I think Kaidou is someone along those lines but more sinister.
