Theory Kaneki has ROS disease?

I saw the theory going around before on other websites, but the recent chapter (68) has me more convinced about it.

To recap, ROS is a rare disease that stands for RC-Cell Over Secretion. Shirazu's sister has it. It causes a kagune-like growth that can potentially kill it's victim. (I suspect that this disease has something to do with how ghouls came to be.)

The symptoms of the disease are:

Intense pain
Digestive issues
Confusion and memory alteration
Degradation of the five senses
Regretion to a child-like state

Some of these symptoms are also things that Kaneki is currently experiencing. About 3 out of 5 of these symptoms are certain(memory alteration, degradation of five senses.. His eyes, and regretion to a child like state). Potentially 4 as he was sweating in this last chapter and looked like he may have been experiencing some pain.
