I think kaneki very well could be arimas level.(hear me out on this)
Kaneki's skill is now on a whole different level now that he has trained with the ccg it's similar to sachi.
sachi learned martial arts combat thay humans use but using his ghoul body and superior ghoul strength he was able to take the martial arts he has learned and use it on a greater level than any human can
With kaneki he was already a ss rated ghoul who was able to defeat shinohara+ Arata suit with not too much difficulty but now
He has gone through 3 years of ccg training on tactics humans can do to fight on par with a ghoul and has had direct training under arima but kaneki being a ghoul he will be able to use these things on a greater level than what a human can do.
When kaneki fully tapped into his ghoul side he was able to mop the floor with serpent (ss rated ghoul)without much difficulty. Usually multiple special class investigators are needed to take out a ss rated ghoul.
He was also able to mop the floor with takizawa the moment he stopped holding back and he is also ss rated.
The only ghoul investigator we have seen easily beat a ss ranked ghoul
1 on 1 without much difficulty is arima and kaneki (I may be missing some let me know)
So kaneki can easily be on arima's level currently especially since owl just saw him fight and is now wondering who is stronger.
