It is the same with the tourists here, they think they know everything and nothing will happen to them, "Rio is the wonderful city". Go take a walk on the beach in the middle of the night and stuff, there are people who even go to the slums(!)... When they're robbed they don't know why. xD

The worst case is possible and needs attention. If possible, avoid go out in the middle of the night, but if you really have to, be careful. It always better knowing the city very well. It is the basic.

Let's change the subject. Soon, she will be hating me. She already said that I'm like her mother, which I took as a compliment, but it's not what she meant I think.

Especially when all my friends here are 18+ lol just few fucking months!


Though my host family is cool! Somehow I got soooo drunk on Monday and I came home by taxi since I missed the bus not knowing about myself, had thrown up like 5 times before I got home lol ... I was just sitting on the bench in the centre with 2 mexicans who were taking care of me and one British guy, stupid asshole if I see him again I will kick his ass ... He told my friends that they should leave since they are 18+ and Im 17 that they could get arrested and shit, basically he wanted to get rid of them ... he was touching me but I was weak to push him back though my friends didnt leave me they just sat on the other back watching me all the time ... seems like they didnt trust him either ... omg I love them such nice boys <3 and the British guy was like "come on I will pay your taxi which is like 40 pounds (It 15 dunno why he said that) if you have fun with me at first) lol it was funny and when I got home and my host mother saw me lol she just laughed and she is making fun of me because of that even now XD

That's a lie? I always saw it as an example of good public transportation that Brazil should follow... Brazil is not the only that has crappy public transportation? I'm amazed.

Any American people please, tell me whether USA public transportation is good. I'll go out of my mind if I get there and be punched by the reality.
