So when you meant thought provoking, you meant you thought about different curses and such? :toc

Re: Kat's Diary! Merry Christmaaaas ~

Hmmm...who mentioned parties? :hmm
The description of "real life" here is most of the time, parties, it is a sick definition, but that's it.
You have to enjoy the life, go out your house, drink, dance and all. Nerds don't have this "real life".

When someone uses "too" that way, I always get confused because I learnt that "too" has a negative meaning, while "so" has a positive meaning. I don't know if you liked that it is more cute than expected or not. XD

It's a way of saying "too much" like, I can't even. I loved that the pictures were more cute than anything else I had seen today. Made me happy. :-)

But "too much" is negative, you are saying that it is excessive. :hmm

No. You are grammatically correct. But slang terms and expressions don't always follow the rules. They actively disrespect grammar and all it stands for. I use a lot of slang, because I type how I speak.

In other words...I don't mean to be confusing. It's just a bad habit of destroying the English language. XD

Sure, I understand. I just commented that this destruction of "English language" (aka slangs) confuses me. :derp
You are only really fluent in a language when you know how speak wrong! Such irony.... XD

Don't worry, I'm that way with my native language as well, I could make a good carrer as proofreader. :p

I was just thinking to myself, the only language I know fluently is English. I speak very poor, barely recognizable French, and even less Spanish. I would like to learn more languages. There's not enough hours in a day. :crying

English native speakers have a easy life. We are almost obligated to learn English because it is a good addition to the curriculum. You guys already know the most important language of the world since birth! Lucky you!
Correct me if I'm wrong (or if you don't want to admit XD), but I think that deep inside their minds American people think this way: "Everybody speaks English anyway, why would I learn other languages for?". :p

I'm learning Japanese now, I'm on vacation and I want to finish the most part of it before college starts again because the time will disappear after that. D:

Unfortunately, that is the thinking for many. It makes me angry when my stepdad says things like, "This is America, and we speak English here. Learn it or leave." It sounds so ignorant to me. But, first I think it's a good cognitive exercise to make yourself learn new languages. And second, I think it helps to appreciate other cultures better. It's a big vast world. Americans would be wise to learn about it.

It is very hard though. I studied French for five years and a semester in college and can barely hold a conversation. Anyone who can speak multiple languages, and well, gets major points in my book. :cheez

I know English a lot, but I'm still uncertain if I will be able to deal with it when I get there... Well, I think that in unversities, principally universities that receives foreign students, are already used to our bad English, at least at first. We know everything, but speak is in another level although I think that I will get used to it in some weeks at max. I hope people are pacient with me. :pout
Yeah, it helps a lot to understand other cultures, English open many paths to me, it was incredible. :D

I have no idea how French is, but if it is as hard as Portuguese, I can understand a bit. They came from Latin and has some things in common. The secret is practice! As I said, speak is in another level, but with practice you will get there. :)
Will I about to get major points in your book? Let's see.... :derp

Re: Kat's Diary! Merry Christmaaaas ~

Cuz she is :D
Please, don't start with the following dialogue.

- Beucase she is
- No, you are
- No, you are
(continues infinitely.)

It is a thing for annoying couples. Both are and period. :lmao
