Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo
It is fantasy, but the romance is great.

If you want something more girly (aka Shoujo), you can watch Ore Monogatari. I never read it though, so I'm basing my recommendation in the fact that it is famous. It even made a cross-over with Nisekoi.
