-"Kirin" is on a completely different level than electrically-altered chakra.
-Futon: Rasen-shuriken is, itself, an insanely strong technique, but the amount of chakra itself is only that which a human body can produce.
-Wind has the elemental advantage over Lightning.
So, which do you think will overcome? I somehow envision Naruto using rasen-shuriken as a shield against Kirin but then getting smoked by ANY fire technique Sasuke uses.
