Old trilogy FTW, amirite?

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

I'm going to have to say Luke, nothing beats the original trilogy even if 30 years pass by and you improve the SG it will never top the original. But skywalking does come in at a close second. :P

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

Which Luke do you like? IV or VI?

[Akiyama]

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

I like him in IV, you have this guy who doesn't know anything about the jedi and who is flung into this unknown world and is rescuing this princess. I loved the 4th since it starts everything so I guess I'm biased.

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

Anakin Skywalker's too emo. Old triology is <3

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

Doesn't Luke remind you of Naruto? Both started out innocent and willing to do anything to help their friends, and they charged in without thinking. After training with Kakashi/Obi-Wan and Yoda/Jiraiya, and learning some shocking thing, Vader being the father and trying to create peace/Konoha being evil, they both began to change and be more mature.
Anakin Skywalker's emo because he never had Yoda. <_<

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

That does not justify the reason he can modify a subject so there can be implications of Naruto talk

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

I fell asleep at 6am this morning, I thought to myself Just a few more chapters of D.Gray-Man then I will go to sleep. Will a few chapters turned into 30 and I stopped at #74. I want to read more right now, it's a good thing my first class tomorrow starts at 3:30pm.

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

How about instead of reading, you do studying? And you have yet to answer my question, Red.

[Akiyama]

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

Studying is over with, Midterms were last week, today was my last day of fall break.

Comparison of naruto and star wars is out of my league. :P

[M3J]

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

Study ahead.

Why?

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

Most stories have the hero/heroine, a tragedy occurs, and we follow the rise and fall of the character until the end. Sure, you could connect the two and back your comparisons but IMO they are two different things. Structures of stories are the same across the board but setting, character, personalities, and atmosphere, all make them individualistic or unique.

Good job on passing your exams so far!

BTW are you feeling better today?

[Akiyama]

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

I haven't sneezed once today! I'm not a 100% but I feel that I can survive my español class at 6pm. Then I only have two small classes tomorrow and then the weekend will be mine.

Re: Akiyama's Plan of World Domination

I got a similar schedule like yours this week. Tomorrow my school district has an early release day and there is no school on Friday because it's COTA Day.
