where was that stated? She was using her strongest dresses that did not even hurt Jacob until he nerfed himself. And why would she? She had more reason to go all out as to save Mavis from being hurt by an enemy.

She only used her Taurus Form to begin the fight and ended it with her Gemini Dress.

I don't remember her using any of her offensive spells during the fight, at the exception of Regulus Lucy Kick.

Unless you do think that Lucy was more serious against Jacob, than she was against Brandish, Mimi or Kyria, which is absolutely laughable.

Actually it does, otherwise, her Leo Dress would be considered her strongest and going all out, she used Gemini as to save everyone from Jacob, so it was tactical, not power. She was using Regulus Punch but was knocked down, while she was series in both instances, she has definitely more cause to fight in Alvarez as it was the fate of the Guild and the world on the line if she failed, but against Mimi and Kyria, it was all a job, and she admits that the Spriggan are stronger than her.

you should not judge by appearances alone, Jacob's attacks did more noticeable harm to Mavis who was in pain than Fairy Glitter did as she did not even flinch to them, and the latter has the power of the light from stars, moons and sun

Facts, Mavis was on the ground writhing in pain against Jacob’s attacks as even her real body bled too as when FG hit her, she did not even flinch and her real body was fine
