That's offence, it's what he uses to beat his opponents. Lacarde's AoE pleasure magic downed Laxus and Gildarts while it was heavily effecting Irene......Lacarde has top tier offence amoung Spriggan.
Alright, if you include his hax then sure, he has top tier offense.
It's irrelevant if they were fighting or not, then"m fighting wouldn't have given them a resistance to the hax. It's safe to say that Lacrade would down them regardless.
Wouldnt have given em resistance, but they probably wouldnt just be doing nothing if there was an enemy in front of them.
I don't see what that would do. While under the effects of pleasure they could barley move and it's not like they're going to blitz him before he uses it. Gildarts and Laxus aren't beating Lacrade.
It would give them motivation to actually do something, right now they are just in the middle of a bunch of allies, there is no reason for them to do anything, other than what they are doing. I mean Zeref pretty much had the same reaction, but are we just gonna assume Larcade beats him too? No, Zeref had no reason to do anything else, but if he was faced with an enemy he'd definitely still fight. like how Eileen was.
Laxus wanted to follow Mavis' plan, not blindy charge onto the battlefield. On top of that the only remaining soldiers are pretty damn far away, no point going all the way too them considering Alvarez soldiers are fresh, and Fairy Tail is trashed, best to rest up and let Alvarez come to Fairy Tail. The fact that Laxus is still waiting with Mavis while Erza had already made her way to Natsu and Gray speaks for itself
Them being in the midst of some allies is irrelevant, Laxus himself was trying to resist the heck everyone was but they couldn't do it. Zeref was literally sitting down and was mildly irritated from the magic. THIS REACTION:
Yeah, he was trying to resist it, hence why he was kneeling on the ground, but if he was faced with an actually enemy resisting it would be put on the back burner. Its like when my appendix burst, when it happened i got down on my knees because it helped me get through it, but when i chose to i could still walk and even run, and you can bet your ass if someone came at me with a knife i'd get up and defend myself, i'd be weaker, but far from helpless, at least for the next few hours.
