Or how he specifically showed the bullets and drew them differently from Wahl’s laser blasts. (shown against An we know Mashima was overseeing the anime this time around. How many spells have we seen once and never seen again? Is that really you’re a argument against it? Cause it’s clearly not drawn as a lightning blast.

It’s not lightning magic, we’ve seen how he draw lightning blasts and that was how he draws light blasts. FL and the flash spell are both light magic, and the grandfather that trained him is proficient in light magic as well. An since his character card said multiple Magics your dismissal makes no sense.

That doesn’t hold water, Makarov’s signature magic is Titan. That hasn’t stopped him from using lightning, fire, ice. Jellal can use all the elements but his alignment in THBM. Gildarts magic isn’t even an element and he has a spell that used fire and a lightning spell. It’s been fairly successfully established that mages can learn other elements, they just need training and interest. So your dismissal of what’s there with the complaint we haven’t seen it used again (FL, lightning bullets) is kinda hollow bro. Now if you find proof it’s not light, or that Laxus can only cast lightning, pass it on.

Your entire thing is the way he drew it. If it was a light beam, it would've been mentioned either by another mage because no else knew he could use FL, or in the wiki, or at least in the anime. Not ever been hinted at.

But I like the fact that Laxus is the only one in the current generation who carries the blood of any of the founding members of the Fairy Tail (unless Hades or Warrod had any descendants that we're not aware of lol). It seems eerily fitting to me, for some reason, if Laxus turns out to become the next guild master.

My main issue with Erza is her tendency to take everything upon herself, but I don't remember if Laxus is like that still, to a degree. I know he was, when he was the villain of the arc.

My main issue with Erza is her tendency to take everything upon herself, but I don't remember if Laxus is like that still, to a degree. I know he was, when he was the villain of the arc.

Erza has better leadership feats, and she is always there to protect the guild. But she is dumber too.

Laxus is calm and cool. Has a good reputation. Connection with the founder
Does have leadership abilities

I think laxus would better leader of the guild. And he can still learn to improve himself

What do you mean? You can tell by the darker outline it’s Red. An it has black lightning coming off of it the previous panel. Not to mention all the red lightning coming off it in the next panel. I can’t really defend the shroud changing colors so much, but they were consistent about one thing. Each time he attacks her, we see the main attack is clear with the dark red bolts coming off of her. The mode is a blanket boost.

it should have been, in this case, since this is manga we are talking about so there are only black and white, black. but yeah, Jean Grey and I came to an agreement anyway.
