Lisanna and Romeo ar going all out, not a little fight between nakama but a fight to death. Who wins ? Does Lisana have what it takes to defeat a 13 year old kid ?

Lisanna easily.

She fought toe to toe with Lamy (who continued to fight even after taking LR Seilah's hand beam and hits from Lisanna) while Romeo had his flames casually canceled by a random dude like it was just a bunch of candles. And that random dude couldn't even take one kick from non-PoF Tenrou Natsu.

Romeo is by far the weakest member in FT. He's like a 13~14 year old version of his father.
