What sadly was going on is that a perpetrator (whose identity is not confirmed yet no matter what some boulevard media tell you) drove a vehicle into a crowd (and shot arround) and then into a fence at the british parliament and then stabbed a policemen, before he was shot himself.

It is a sad day for London, but fortunately the terror attack seems to be over at least.
So far, the rumours about a second perpetrator died down.
