looking for a manga Author

Hello all

I'm an amature manga aritst and want to grow to the professional level.
I have a big story in mind to create which I was doing for 6 years, but it's a long term series which is hard for an amature like me to do at the moment..

So right now, I'm looking for a telented amature author who we can become partners and publish our own mangas together. I'd work on his/her stories and make more than one project if we get to like each other I'm not expecting to pay or be paid but everything will be 50/50 later on. I'm up to work on any style since I know I can learn any fast enough.

I like fantasy, action, shounen, shoujo, martial arts, slice of life.
I like authors where their stories are strong and at some point they leave the reader mind-blown for how the series develops.
