Madara mentioned in chapter 638 that he had a trumph card which would force Obito into his submission, this thread if for the discussion of the possible things that Madara could use against the now godlike Obito Uchiha.
Here is my theory:

Here is my theory:
Madara's trumph card is Rin Nohara.
Madara attacked Iwagakure to copy Muu's splitting technique, at the end of his battle with Hashirama he split himself and let one of his halfs "die" so that he could retreat and follow with his crazy plan.
It took time for Madara to regenerate his half and hence he didn't show up for decades, however, when his half finally returned he awoke the Rinnegan in his dying years
Too old and weak to follow with the Moon Eye Plan by himself, Madara used his remaining strenght to retrieve the Gedo Mazou and create one of the Six Paths of Pain.
With that path acting as his vessel, he took advantage of the Second Mizukage's death to usurp power in Kirigakure and sow the seeds of discord that would erupt into the Third Shinobi World War.
Now that he had an ample power base, Madara transferred his eyes to Nagato and sought a successor to carry his plan after his death.
That successor came in the form of Obito Uchiha, a Chunnin of untapped talent which ended up at his doorstep through the war Madara helped create.
Once Obito was in his hands, Madara explored the boy's mental weaknesses like the love Obito had for Rin and moved the Mizukage accordingly. Every time Madara appeared to be sleeping, he was in fact controlling that lone path of Pain to direct Kirigakure's forces in the war.
When the time came for Obito's conversion into Tobi, Madara had Rin Nohara captured, split her in half, made one half into a Jinchuuriki and sealed the other into the King of Hell from the Naraka Path so that Rin could never be revived through other means unless Madara was revived first.
After Madara's plan to ruin Obito succeeded, he followed through with which we already know what happened and hoped that Obito would never find out the whole truth behind Rin's death.
However, since Obito managed to outgambit Madara in becoming the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki, Madara now can bring back Rin to force Obito to do his bidding as the crazed man would do anything for her safety.
Rin will probably be a wreck of her former self when Madara brings her back from her hellish confinement, that will prompt Obito to still execute the Mugen Tsukuyomi for her sake albeit this time he will be more prone to be TNJ as Naruto battles Sasuke in the dream to prove there is still hope for the real world.
