Even more, now that I think about it, we can get 2 confirmed townies out of this day and kill a mafia.

Provided Josef is Mafia? Then, yeah, you'd be in the clear by default, whereas Kat would have no reason to help you in this phase the way she did, if she were to be a Mafia.

I don't see this, sorry. Unless someone shows me an objective fact that points in the direction that a single Mafia member can kill off the remaining Townies by himself, Hardy's way of thinking stays valid from a theoretical perspective.

Hardy was the second person to vote kill Banana on Day 3. Following up almost immediately after Spectrum claimed being the real prostitute. He did it within approx. 1 minute of Spectrum's post. That's either brilliant (and unnecessarily quick) mafia play or townie play all the way. I'm choosing to trust Hardy's action. Josef, by elimination you are the odd man out in this duel between you and Hardy. Requiescant in pace.

Hardy had you said you were second to vote on the Mafia Boss 1 minute after the protitute claim, I would have changed vote sooner. I criticize myself for not going back to that instance quicker however.
