anyways, new recruitment conditions: age 15-20, 5 games played, and PASSION




and the test isnt rly that hard. its about understanding the application of rules. there are couple of questions that determind if you get it or not, and if you get those correct, you got my blessing. and probs i will be able to give some more guidelines inb4 the game start anyway

Why the age limit? Give Gnut the license already. You know he understands the game. Also James will be eligible to host after playing one more game right ?
