The most known sphincter is the one is the anus, but there are other sphincters in the body, like in the oesophagus. It's a muscle actually.

Dang it, that was my shortest game ever so far! Someone must have hold a big grudge against me to rather kill me than veterans like Kat or gnut. Perhaps I should have given more than just one hint on the first day to not get killed immediately because I was only a sickly townie. xD

Oh well, back to my old Avatar then~
