By the way, since I am not clear about various roles and stuff, do you think it would be possible to play a game with reversed order? I mean to say, townies will try to blend in with mafia members. May be we can alter the roles or try to introduce new ones for this happen. Not sure its worth a shot or discussion but I hhad to let it out of my system .

I like how scav never plays. I'm also amused by people who act like the theme actually matters as well...

lmao. i do, i just didn't plays the recent games cuz most of the players i was familiar with disappeared and last 2 games i played were kinda dead. And things will never be the same without killing AI the first day

Theme doesn't usually matter to me. Well, scratch that. The theme always matters to me. It just doesn't usually prevent me from wanting to play the game. But when it's something I'm unfamiliar with and the mass of the players have read 5 books about it... Then yes, the theme does matter a little bit.

I'm not sure that I'm that interested in a GoT themed game, but I would be up for a Code Geass or an SAO themed one.

Well obviously. But at the same time I understand that it's a fandom where there are a lot of people who've read 7 books and watched 8 movies, and then some people know nothing about it. It probably wouldn't be fun for the latter mentioned. Therefore, I don't suggest it as a theme and don't push it.

You are putting to much emphasis on the theme. It simply boils down to a new set and a new name at most. It would be worse if it included a lot of roleplaying related to the story but they will not be doing that since not everyone has read/caught up to the story. They would be spoilers. Does it really change anything if your name goes from Charlotte Garside to Sansa Stark? Not really.
