I was in fact planning to do that as a last measure once time started running out. As I said though, I had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances and could not stay. I wanted to avoid saying I was a cop because saying it meant mafia would have voted me off at night in which case there would have been no one to investigate people. Besides, in my plea I made it pretty clear people should vote akiyama off and before that I tried to raise as much suspicion against aki as I could.

yeah, the mafia would have killed you off the next night, but the other problem I see there, would the townies believe you in the first place? I'm not sure bout that

Just one question though, have gshode and destiny been around at all today? Even if I had revealed I was a cop, there would not have been a difference since the only one to vote against me in the last round was blits, a mafia member....

Thats another reason I wanted to avoid that extreme. Any other mafia member could have easily claimed they were the remaining cop while I was gone too in which case I would not have had any way to defend myself.

I was not trying to be suspicious.... I mean, I had important information and acted on it. Unfortunately I also had to make sure how accurate my information was without actually revealing I was a cop which required me to post perhaps too much in comparison to everyone.

actually we thought if we eliminated the more inactive users first, it'd be harder to implicate us if somebody who didn't participate that much got killed
