Day Shift 2 has come to an end and it seems like most of you have started to settle in. In any work environment communication is key. Without proper communication, the house of cards crumbles like the storytelling in a Kishimoto story.
A picture says more than a thousand words but we'll use some words as well. What happens when a Mangaka gets so lost in their craft they stop being able to communicate with words at all? You get complaints from the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity office since it discriminates against blind people. That might not make sense in an industry that is purely visual but we can’t risk our share value dropping due to an outrage mob tweeting furiously. Furthermore, Akiko Fugashimura (@Brandish μ ) seems to have tried to bribe coworkers with “gifts”. During one of our routine workplace sweeps, we found receipts and even more “gifts”. Further investigation on said “gifts” will be done by the members of the board as they sacrifice themselves for the benefit of the corporation.

Furthermore, a whistleblower has come forward with reliable testimony that Kentaro Miura (@SirSamuel016 ) has made it very clear that he plans to start another boat arc and a minimum 3-year hiatus. Quality matters but this constitutes a clear breach of contract as you gave up all your freedoms once you were forced to enter this working relationship. As such we terminate the contract with Mr. Miura and wish him a safe trip on his boat.
You may struggle against causality, but you can never escape it!

At the start of every night phase, Mafia Jump opens up popularity polls for OMO Weekly Magazine. All Mangaka are expected to participate.
Every night, all mangaka may vote for their favorite 3 (three) colleagues. They cannot vote for themselves. Voting is mandatory.
The polling lasts the whole night and results will be published every day. The poll resets daily.
The most popular mangaka will enjoy certain privileges based on their ranking.
In the case of a tie, the placings will be randomized by the hosts.
Privileges last from 'result to result', so till the new results are in.
Popularity poll voting is unaffected by role powers or effects [NVD, illusions, Restless Spirit, etc..]

Corporate has acknowledged your immense skill and popularity and has decided to take you seriously as an asset. That starts by opening up that doctors report. Or more like 'file'. Is that grisaille?

Silent Night, cozy night. As the light of dawn breaks the day we have to break some news to you.
During his night shift our facility management team made a shocking discovery when checking out Akira Amano’s (@Lady pompom ) workplace. Trying to fulfill their duties without any disturbances one member of the team bumped into Miss Amano and she fell straight to the floor. Flabbergasted Internal Investigations was called upon and their report states that Miss Amano has not been at her workplace since Night 1 and has instead left a Paper Cut Out in her place fooling everyone into believing she was still there. The report is still trying to determine how she could still participate in the activities but this clear breach of contract can not be left unpunished in spite of still fulfilling her obligations. Therapy sessions for everyone shocked by this revelation is not included in workplace insurance because we refuse to include a little bitches clause.

Certain employees, like employee-of-the-day Chickenhead-sensei (@Ustegius ), have very strong noodle-to-panels ratios, earning them the #1 spot and a deserved hiatus (x hiatus). Second place Inoue-sensei (@Mazino) comes close but is still lacking on the PR-side. Toriyama-sensei (@gnut ) and Oda-sensei (@MarmaladeSky ) may be feeling the pressure of younguns pulling ahead and scrap it out for the third and fourth place respectively. Finally, after careful consideration (of a coin flip), Haruko-sensei (@Asako ) managed to secure the fifth place, the hot potato and eternal shame!
