Sasuke is curent version with all he has.
Special rules for Minato:
-Asume Minato has above Danzou level of genjutsu skills(in getting out of them).
-Asume Minato knows about MS/EMS.
-Asume Minato has time to trow kunai's like vs A.
-The kunais that Minato has all over the place (like in the mountains and around Konoha etc) are not going to disappear in this fight but Minato needs to stop/Kill Sasuke so no tactic that would involve Sasuke getting away(like teleporting to Konoha to heal and then get back some 10 mins later) can be used.
-Asume Minato has JMan level of chakra capacity.
-Asume Minato has Sage Mode on Naruto's level with ALL the jutsus Naruto showed in SM aside for clones. Minato can do rasengans with 1 hand (no FRS). Minato can of course summon the frogs(he has acces to all of them) to help him out but NO FROG SONG special genjutsu.
Fight takes place in a forest just outside Konoha. Minato can't get more help(like teleporting to get people from Konoha or calling them there). This is 1vs1 fight only with no outside interference.
Sasuke can't get into Konoha as long as Minato is allive.
I know i am buffing the hell out of Minato for this fight but that is because i whant a FIGHT. So no posts with how i don't like Sasuke or whatever pls. If you don't like the fight's paramaters you can just ignore it.
