If Bob see it's a tie once again, the results shall not be proclaimed, he would pick one among those who answered and ask us what was his/her answer. We'll vote "yes" or "no", the same MR applies. If it's a tie again, those who wondered correctly win the round. Then 3 people would remain, which would eliminate the tie break we're enduring right now.
