No it wont. I think she tried it on Tartarus arc when shes battling Erza. Kyôka activates her Curse, causing torrents of energy to hit anything in the area but only Mirajane was not affected on it.

Even if Kyoka's curse works, Mirajane still low diffs. Mirjane could let it hit her intentionally and she'd still win. Mira is at a level now where she'd be able to forcefully take Kyoka over, not just a piece of her curse.

She can just absorp Kyouka's soul to finish it quickly.
In a fair fight, Mirajane is way too fast for her. She can use Alegria to knock her out. Kyouka is probably Juliet & Heine level at best and Alegria's power was devastating enough to basically kill them and turn them back in swords.
Kyouka can use her hax but Mirajane has all Tartaros' Curses in her arsenal. She has way too much hax for Kyouka.
