Just to let you know Tubeyo, the word "sick," in the U.S. is also slang for cool. So if someone see's a coloring they really like, they might say "That's a sick coloring," or "that looks sick." I can see why you misunderstood though, it's like calling something the opposite of what it is. So just to let you know, for future reference, when someone calls a work of art "sick," it's usually a compliment.
