Mirajane - supposedly a strong S-Class but barely got a decent fight (and a win) against legit strong enemies. Lack of screen time for "Erza's Rival".

Juvia - another supposedly strong character that barely got decent fights. Aside from her fight against Meredy, she never had any badass fight after then. I expected her to develop along side Gajeel, but she was just demoted to nothing but a love interest or device for character development for Gray.

Kagura - Another wasted character with great potential. Just like the other girls in the list, another character introduced as a strong badass character with great conviction (as negative as revenge may be) turned into nothing but a Fan Service tool. Yes, she had a small moment against Larcade, but I don't think that was enough. A Kagura vs Dimaria would've been legit, but instead she gets stripped. A Kagura/Jellal/Erza vs Neinheart would've been legit, but she's used to "CPR"/fan service kiss Jellal (heh, even Erza couldn't do it). And now she's a Playboy model. I don't mind buyiny a porn mag of Kagura, but I'd rather see her kicking ass like she did in GMG.

Mirajane, Mystogan, Kagura + most villains
