Personally I think Death Note is fine the way it ended and doesn't really need a sequel. The ending was ambiguous which is good! It leaves us with things to wonder about.

I would like a sequel or a follow-up on Yotsuya Senpai. I was so sad it got cancelled so I would have liked to see where it would have progressed.

I agree, anything after the death of Yagami Light would have been too much. His and L's character were the the footholds of the story.

That would be great but the chances are very low

I would love to see a sequel of "Monster". The story ended with a lot of unresolved questions and the main villain's still living.

Simply for the fact that it ended, Planetes. On the other hand, I think that the ending was good. It would be hard to find satisfying content and topics for a sequel imo, it would have to be radically different as the topics in Planetes were treated well enough.
Ok, tbh it seems the only reason why I'ld wish a sequel is that I liked the characters too much

Possibly Shigurui would deserve a sequel. I still think it's very rare in style and atmosphere, and it really didn't depend much on the characters. It could -in the same style- possibly treat some other stories very well, like a war or something.

Regardless to say Veritas would be my top pick. I would not mind seeing Dragon Ball GT being written by Akira. The GT anime lacked so much for me, the Akira-impact if you can call it was, obviously not there.

While the manga did have a proper ending, I wouldn’t mind a sequel at all. I would really like to see F4 and Makino’s journey into adulthood. And I confess I would especially like to see Tsukasa and Makino’s wedding (yes, I know we got to see it in the J-drama/movie) and subsequently the development of their life as a newly married couple.

I would love a Slam Dunk sequel! Same for Ouran High School and Hana Yori Dango. I also wouldn't mind seeing a Kekkaishi sequel to see how Tokine and Yoshi have progressed :3

Double Arts was killed off too early, I would have loved to see how the story would have progressed if it hadn't been canceled. Likewise for Psyren.

A sequal to Love Hina would be cool. Maybe just a very short one (10-30 chapters), where we get to see how the main character did later in life. I liked the ending of Love Hina, but I really miss the characters. Think I've read it 4 times now x)

A sequel, or rather an continuation, to Double Arts would be awesome. DA got lot of potential, but got slaughtered :/

As other already has mentioned: An FMA sequal - cosy mini arc.

Last, but not least, a sequal to Kintoki! I really liked the atmosphere/mood I got from reading it (Akira Toriyama magic!).

Rushed ending is like Mx0, seriously, how could they just leave it there?
Same with Veritas, after I realised the fights wouldn't end the story, I just couldn't be bothered reading any more.

Think there were a lotta rushed endings that pissed me off; but at least Psyren ended with some sort of conclusion. Pisses me off.

I think FMA and Death note, as awesome as they were, don't really need a follow-up. Death note lost the things that made it death note, made it so intense and intellectual - Light and L. Death note with Mello and Near wasn't the same, so I think death note without Light, too, would be even worse...

FMA - I was happy with how it ended, most of the loose ends were tied up. Let sleeping dogs lie and all that

But Psyren. Psyren's ending stank of rushedness more than anything else I've experienced, and at the end so much that could have been was not. A lot of things bugged me about the ending - or the bits leading up to the ending - it just seemed so rushed and some great plot points weren't taken advantage of. In fact, screw the sequal, just re-do the ending...

Actually If you read Psyren carefully there are actually A LOT of unresolved plot points not explained by the author when he was given the 10 week countdown before axing...

SO yeah, since it was impossible to finish it all the author could only dissapointingly wrap up what he could in about 200 pages, which is not much space to wrap up a story as large as that, if you think about it...

Which reminds me. I reckon, Katsu need's a continuation. A proper one. Not one where the author goes "And so he went on to win 2 more years in a row"

I don't think I've read many other manga's to completion...Oh, wait, Hikaru no Go. Dammit, why'd they end the manga just as he lost the spirit, I wanted to see him start playing on his own...

I wouldn't mind Veritas starting up something new tbh...the author managed to cut back most of the cast and set the remaining characters on new paths...I would like to see developments

Well it had an ending, but it was rushed, that was as clear as daylight...all the events until the climax were great, but then it suddenly ended, with a solid hint in the end

He wants to continue but so far (it looks like) he can't, I think it was about needing more money and some assistants. That's also why the ending of the first part was rushed.

An "Alive - The Final Evolution" sequel would be nice. Still the story had a good ending, I just would want to see a few more things that happened afterwards.

well i would love to see a sequel for FMA, Veritas, hikaru no go, Ares.
For Death note, i think a sequel would be bad. Cuz without L, it's hard to enjoy DN.
