I noticed many people think that if the genjutsu used through MS that it automatically means it was Tsukyomi. But it is not like that
when Kakashi in the battle with Itachi told Asuma and Kurenai that the technique which can be resisted only by the users of the Sharingan he really meant it by MS genjutsu tech, but Itachi had to correct him saying that this technique is special and an ordinary sharingan user wouldn't resist it.
From this we can conclude that not all MS genjutsu techs are Tsukyomi.
