I have one issue, why is kuzumis' body not shrinking? That body is of magic right, and if he's using it doesnt he get shorter?

It's looking like he's getting bigger....Now that I think about it, M0 isnt' really magic like most other students would use.....I'm thinking that kazumi is absorbing the magic from the blocks with each use, ending with him growing larger rather than him shrinking with each spell....sort of makes sense

Totally agree with you, Mx0 erase the magic, if using the magic cause you getting smaller, erasing would cause you getting bigger. This test is a perfect fit for Taiga, he is lucky to get the first level. Probably, he will use the black plate for the next levels which is necessary. Think about it, if he need to use any kind of magic for level 1, he would never achieve to take any test. Thanks to this trick, he would take all levels in the future with some efforts and adventures. I feel like a little disappointed, too, but for the sake of the serie, it is unavoidable.

By the way, I want to thank Koenosaki, thanks to his banner, I have a new addiction.

well it's main character is slightly better than one of those other shonen manga. example naruto " he contains the nine tailed beast which made him the central character " you can tell in the beginning that he eventually will gain access to even more power thus rescue his friend, achieve his goal with courage however these characters usually fail to find maturity and will become more arrogant (luffy from One piece a bigger example) and become someone great (sigh). The Main Character in Mx0 is a different example as he lack power and he is forced to many events that centres him as the main person and he is probably, so far, smarter than the other shonen characters thus he has a good design (try compare kuzumi and Naruto).

Its Japanese and it takes more time to learn than waiting for the translation to come. But don't worry though. Sai told me in the chat yesterday that he would put up a translation sometime today, possible.

just wanted to give you guys an update since the tl still isnt out....

I wanted to tl today and scan the high res raw, but ran short on time due to having to prep for classes tomorrow (damn school). I guarantee a tl out by tomorrow (Tuesday PST) night at some point.

In the mean time, I'll post some tid bits about the chapters (in spoilers of course) I got from a skim through

Taiga goes back to take the test (duh)

Otoya tells him that if he cannot pass this time he'll ban him from taking the test again for a year

Taiga agrees

In the test, he theorizes that the wall is made of magic since the whole area is a magic zone, thus m0 works on the wall. Also because m0 works off of points his size will not decrease.

Taiga wants the Black Plate enough to where he plans to expend all his points on the wall if he has to

(I didn't read enough into the text to figure out why lucy kept shrinking....)

Taiga seems to run out of magic points in the end (I'm assuming) and M0 stops working cause of it

Lucy saves Taiga but disappears in the process (probably ran out of magic)

yayy i feel proud, i could get the gist of this chapter xD (took me half an hour with a dictionary ==")
well, i reckon in the next chapter either Kuzumi will climb to the top with his own strength or there's some special power that hasn't been unleashed yet with m0.
I think lucy is fine and just returned to the real world cause she exhausted all her magic power. Umm, she prolly just needs to regen her MP in that pond thing again.
She got smaller in the magic world because she was flying and it requires MP to fly. Since Taiga doesn't use MP cause he got m0 and is using physical strength to climb, it doesn't affect his size at all and I doubt he got bigger. I think it's just a mistake in the drawing but I don't really pay attention to detail so I didn't really notice it until I read it here.
Anyone know when 93 (raw) comes out??

Re: (Black) M0 plate: Secret Seinagi Private High School?

Since the Black Plate is a 'secret' of the school and only the top students acquire it, maybe being a recipient of the black plate allows you to keep your memories of what you did in school and also allows you to 'help normal people' with magic in the outside world where it's not a magic zone(kind of like in Mahou Sensei Negima). Since Seingai High is still technically a school, they're probably also trying to produce outstanding members of society, thus the black plate.
Other (evil) schools might have secrets like Seinagi High and may have darker secrets which the (good) schools like Seinagi High oppose, thus only allowing the best students to join the 'fight' against the evil schools or organisations by giving them the black plate... The principal is probably counting on Kuzumi to be the 'pillar of support' (P.O.T xD).

It seems taiga uses M0 from the start and will have to do that last piece without lucy or M0
while I thought the opposite -> nice twist for me though

Yeah I agree: he succeeds and he doesn't succeeding this test using M0 then the test/trial has to do something with obtaining or gaining that black M0 before you got on top somehow, but that would be doubtfull

well, i don`t know `bout you, but i like most the MO skill... pretty sweet spell that annihilates other magic, it`s got the most possibilities... you can blend it as you wish, making use of it as you want... need i say more?

i like to see how the main protagonist gets by situations without blasting through with magic. I also like how this time the mangaka didn't dig himself into a hole like pretty face where it couldn't expand as a long series and thus ended with 6(?) volumes. I love long stories and this manga has opportunities to expand with many diff. storylines without being boring and repetitive. I don't like the choice of the girl though... should be a new face not the same face from pretty face...
