Nice!

296: the background looks really good. But did you forget some part of his arm? Some of this is colored in black and some in grey. That looks a bit confusing.
Plus, shading on the skin would be nice.

Other than that - it's quite decent.
(More shading could be the trick to make it look better though. Sry, I'm only honest and hope that my hints will help you to improve the pic.)

one word - smuge tool , try to smuge your shading togheter....

more shading is needed. Also, what's with the white rectangle for the Naruto logo? The cloth for 296 is strange too. Jiraiya's hair is a bit too light.

i dont know about the arm, when i uploaded it into deviant it just looked like that, but in my pc it looks fine
and thanks for the comments i just started coloring mangas a week ago and im still finding ways on how to use fireworks properly
