Seeing as, in the last chapters, Taka seems to have regained a bit of their lost respect, I'm interested in the outcome of this fight. I didn't use the Six Paths since, imho, it would've been a stomp, so Nagato has the body he had when he was sealed by Itachi, minus the immortality of course.
Taka is in full-team with Suigetsu, Juugo, Karin and Hebi Sasuke ( MS Sasuke, ironically, imho has less of a chance since he uses high draining jutsu that not only would be useless against Nagato, but would also aid him, and hasn't neither the CS nor Orochimaru's abilities ).
They fight in the barren wasteland where Gaara fought Niidaime

-Assume that Hebi Sasuke is faster than current Sasuke, has more chakra, better regenerative powers and has all snake-related jutsus, since he absorbed Orochimaru's body, gaining his powers.
-Draining Juugo of his chakra would prove to be dangerous for Nagato in light of recent events, so he would be careful
-Suigetsu has Zabuza's sword, and can use any jutsu showed by Zabuza
-Both have somewhat general info on the other
-Nagato can't resurrect himself despite having Hell Realm's and the Seventh Path power
Scenario 2:
-Instead of Hebi Sasuke, put current EMS Sasuke
-They fight at VOTE, so Suigetsu has a lake to use
-Juugo has the same strenght of Sage Naruto
