I can't find my kanji dictionary anywhere. Does anyone know what's the name of this female character?

Thanks.

My friend said it's a dynamite detonator to blow up one of those English telephone places and the next picture is what the explosion would look like.

Then he said...

The rolling thunder magically created the powder. (good luck understanding that joke ^_-)

it's Rin or Lin.
in japanese, there's no difference between R and L so i think it doesnt really matter whichever you use.

Thanks. I'm confused on how you got Momota. I am translating the two kanji for her last name as 'hyaku' and 'den'.

most Kanjis have 2 or more way to pronounce (read).
百= Momo (this is Kun-yomi) and Hyaku (this is On-yomi)

田= Ta (Kun-yomi) and Den (On-yomi)

it's difficult to explain to you how to read kanjis especially when it's the name of people.
but i'm Japanese so, trust me it is Momota. XD

Ah okay... there must be a way to find the kun-yomi that my dictionary isn't providing. I know some singular kanjis have multiple names because it all depends on what other kanji is attached to it.

Okay thanks for the clear up.

Try the ENAMDICT option at Jim Breen's WWWJDIC. There are several interfaces that you can use to search for the kanji, then copy them into the search box and go.
