That depends on one thing. What is faster, Meliodas' reaction time or Accelerators calculation speed?
If that weren't a factor, it would not even be a fight as the latter is able to invert all vectors. Mel would kill himself.

For Me One Mode Escanor can beat Acnologia with space and time absorbed or Hashirama senju sage mode.
