Saying something without getting feats who support the statement isn´t worth to use it as scaling. I prefer more regular feats and don´t buy most statement as proof for a level. Example:

Character A says he gonna blow up the country.
Then we seeing the capable of the ability and it does not even come close to the statement which character A use.
We getting overhyping in Manga manytimes, if we would buy every statement we would sit down now with site who put Nanatsu, One piece, Fairy tail or Hxh to Planet level. But seriously It would noticeably speaking against anything against the manga.

So yes I prefer feats where we seeing the capable of the ability over unclear statement.

Yhwach does not have any reality warping at the time that can match that of Gremmy and he takes the power back either upon their death or with Auswahlen or some complicated contrived means, Something Gremmy would just imagine his bones be crackers and that's that. He has no showings that makes Yhwach Moon level, Lloyd would be at Yhwach's level as he managed to survive as long as he did against Yamamoto.
