Not to mention that in Durability, the Admirals have better feat than any NNT characters, Akainu tanked an attack from WB which is almost continental level ( seismic force could be sensed throughout the world ).
I remember reading somewhere that Akainu was supposed to die from Whitebeard's attack, but the author decided to keep him alive since he was a great villain and very popular in the manga.
Prime WB has planetary level hype, no doubt.
He might've died from his injuries if he happened to not find lava and heal himself.
Akainu didn't heal, he opened a way with his magma to reach Luffy and Jinbe.

Pretty sure Itachi's Susanoo isn't that much more durable than people around Grand Holy knight level.
Excepted Yata mirror.
I think that's kinda underselling it. I imagine Itachi's physical body would be considered around the level of a Grand Holy Knight. I'd say most Kage level should around that physically, depending on the person.
Itachi has the totsuka blade and the yata mirror, he's basically invincible when inside susanoo lol
Gowther should be faster.So I'd bet on him getting off his strategy before Itachi.

I think Ban would win because of hunter fest and that he could probably snatch Sasuke's heart while Sasuke doesn't have a way to kill Ban unless he uses genjutsu which maybe wouldn't work on Ban because his spirit drastically increased
