Normal sinbad maybe defeated against meliodas, both are relatively comparable but meliodas has FC which does give him the edge plus Meliodas is physically stronger too yes if Sinbad does use all his six dijnns that may change something.
If I'm not wrong sinbad did multi mountain level feats at the age of 14 so current sinbad should be at least very large island level Lowballing and current meliodas is small country level Lowballing so yeah meliodas defeats him, may not be an easy win but definitely an Difficult one

At best sasuke's susanoo is durable enough but by scaling we get his susanoo durability at Country level

As far as I can tell Sasuke has always been weaker than Naruto after Naruto got sage mode. If this is before they get their power ups from the sage then Naruto definitely stomps. Kyubi with sage mode is just overkill
