Hello Everyone, I'm new to Mangahelpers, but I've popped in and around every now and again to check out the spoilers, but I've been heavily discussion Naruto lately so I thought, why not throw down a review every week.

Your personal Comments are welcome and Constructive Criticisms is needed! As long as your nice

Without any further ado, Naruto 449 Chapter Review!

Title: The Flower of Hope.

Right off the bat we see that Nagato preparing to use his final tech. Last chapter we saw that Naruto has manage to make Nagato believe once again that people will be able and understand each other, but this time he will be placing his faith into our favorite hyper active knucklehead Ninja.

His technique, "Gedo Rinne Tensei No Justu" allows him to revive everyone who was killed in the ongoing destruction of Konoha. However the draw back, as Konan shows through her concern, will drain the remaining strength and chakra that Nagato has left. Nevertheless Nagato believes that this is the least he can do after all the chaos and pain he has caused to the village.

We see that everyone who was apparently killed by Pein suddenly revive. Fukasaku, Shizune (HELL YA) have their souls returned and wake up to the shock of everyone. Kakashi who was stuck in some sort of eternal limbo with his Father also is revived, but not after a few touching scenes with his long awaited to see Father.

The Chapter ends with Nagato dying and passing on his dreams and hopes onto Naruto, who vows that he will carry on the will that both Jiraya and his "fellow pupil" strive for. Konan takes Nagato's body as well as Yahiko's back to the Rain Village, saying she is through with Akatsuki and gives Naruto paper flowers, in hopes that he will be able to achieve what he sets out to do.

We also see Sasuke in the final panel, tell the rest of Team Taka that they will be moving to Konoha... So one battle ends..and another is going to begin.

Review

At first I was on the side of many of the people who had seen the early spoilers, (Shout out to Nails-chan). Nagato suddenly bringing everyone back to life after this long and epic arc seemed rather stupid and anti-climactic on DBZ levels. However I decided to withhold judgment and wait till the full chapter came out and I'm glad, because I founds this to be a perfect way to end the arc. The way everyone is revived, via the giant soul sucking statue actually made the whole thing make sense, so I don't think there will be much of a problem.

Naruto and Nagato's relationship is a throwback to the relationship Naruto had with Garra in Part 1. Who could say that Naruto's life wouldn't of been the same if he had been in Nagato's position, and gone through his experiences. Nagato's final act to bring everyone back and the way Kishimoto depicted this, did tug at my heartstrings and make me feel more fond of Nagato, who is probably the most tragic character in the series this far. (Step aside Sasuke)

We also finally see more of Kakeshi's past and how he has finally been able to understand why his father did what he did. By forgiving Sakumo and telling him he's proud. Konoha's White Fang can rest in piece with his beloved wife. Giving us the first little bit of information about the other member of Kakeshi's family. While this is rather interesting, I felt this was out of place in the chapter, since it was so heavily focused on Nagato's final moments. The quick cutaway to Kakashi felt tacked on and unneeded. I think it would of been better for the story..and the fans this had opened up the next chapter.

This arc has set the series on a road where we will not be able to come back from. With the village destroyed and Danzo waiting to make his move, there will be tough times ahead for the Leaf Village and even more tough times for Naruto, who is on a collision course with Sasuke, there views on the world now even spread farther apart.

Overall this chapter gets a 4.5 out of 5. Kishimoto made the mass revive jutsu make sense. He gives Nagato a proper send off worthy of his character and sets us up for Sasuke's move against Konoha. While Kakeshi's discussion with Sakumo feels out of place, it doesn't take away the satisfaction of this chapter or the conclusion of the biggest and most epic arc of Naruto thus far.

Kudos

Now for my exciting extra segment, horribly copied off the Colbert Report.

This is TIP OF THE HAT, WAG OF THE FINGER.

First.. a TIP OF THE HAT, to Kishimoto. Bringing back Shizune makes me a happy fanboy. It is obvious that this Leaf Village is nothing without this smoking hot babe. I hope that my personal letter I sent you was key in reversing your idea. to kill her off.

You keep her around, or I will see you in COURT.

Next..a WAG OF MY FINGER at Konan.

Why are you here lady? What have you done to contribute to this series at all? Your worse then Sakura..and come on...we all know how useless she is......
